Great time in Sun City
This property was just as described. We had everything needed to enjoy a month in Arizona. Neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have the house rules accessible, in the house, without having to go on-line to read them. Other than that, had a enjoyable stay and would come back again.

Shabby place
Horrible beds- stained mattress-old dishwasher- incomplete set of old dishes- some chipped/- dining room chairs wobbly so we had to fix them all. Furniture very old and worn. We left a day early because we could not stand to sleep in the bed another night.

We are so sorry that this house didn't please Ellie. We take these reviews seriously and are acting on this feedback to replace mattresses, dishes and other items complained about. We would also note that the guest didn't bring up any issues until the end (many of which we could have resolved) and that our very next guest said the place was great, which together with other statements Ellie made seemed to suggest she was trying to shake some money out of us. So we suspect that factor played a role as well.

Great location.
This property fit our needs and location was great. Loved watching golfers across the street. Guest bath a little small but overall a nice property. Any issues were resolved quickly.

My mother and I enjoyed a very pleasant two months in Dan's home! The home is comfortable, the neighbors are great and the RCSC provided many opportunities for learning new hobbies!

Great For An Extended Visit
We came to Sun City to be near family members and to enjoy the beauty of the desert for a month. The house is comfortable, well equipped and nicely located. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and evening meals on the shaded patio in the back. The golf course view and mountain background offered amazing sunsets! Check-in and check-out was easy.

Beautiful sunsets
My wife and enjoyed our stay in Sun City and Daniels property provided an excellent location to access biking trails, Regional Parks and golfing. Being 10 minutes from Westgate Entertainment District was a plus to watch sporting events , shop and dine out.

Updated Sun City rental
We enjoyed this updated Sun City rental. It is aross from the South course. It was stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighbors are friendly and watch out for you. The property manager, Virginia, rexponds to any questions or concerns pleasantly and promptly. It is very convenient to have the attached single garage. You will enjoy this property which is close to rec centers, grocery stores and freeways leading to outlet stores and stadium.

Totally enjoyed hosting Miss Patching. From day one of talking with her she was very pleasant and kind to communicate with. She treated our home as though it was her own it seems. I would be more than happy to have Penny back whenever she feels the need to. And to all other hosts out there, don't let Penny pass you by, you'll regret it.
