Great Spot for Big Group in Old Town!

This home was a perfect location for our large group golf trip. Comfortably slept 13 people and offers many areas for entertainment! Also centrally located and easily walkable to Old Town restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommended!

Great place to gather

The home was wonderful, more spacious than the pictures show. Beds and seating were very comfortable to allow us to have large and small group interactions. A few minor issues, coffee beans, but no coffee grinder. Not enough hand towels, though I know I could have requested more and the mgmt company would have delivered. Spa was a bit murky, but useable. We had a wonderful time with all 11 of us in the home. We laughed, played games, enjoyed the pool/spa, etc. Very close to downtown, easy to walk back and forth. The weather was great for it. Thank you.

Great stay!

The house was great for our group. Good layout for hosting that many people and good kitchen as well - always important! Would definitely recommend. Hosts also communicated well. We had an issue with the hot tub / pool heating, it was able to be fixed and the host shared regular updates. Would definitely rent property from this host in the future.

Upscale gorgeous home

The home is stunning and very comfortable. Enough room for private beds and bathrooms. It’s like a spa in itself with a plunge pool, hot tub, and movie room. Lots of areas to hang out and relax. Super communicative and helpful staff. Like having your own concierge. We did have an issue with the hot tub, and the staff was quick to respond and did what they could to make it right.

Christmas Gathering

We enjoyed 8 days here. Spectacular home! Clean, spacious, and with 11 people we were able to spread out comfortably & thoroughly enjoy and relax. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, and easy driving to everything else of interest. Managment was fantastic; super friendly, available 24/7 if needed and committed to a positive experience. Thank you!! We will be back :)

Perfect house for a group trip!

The property was exactly as pictured and the location couldn't have been better. Our group of 12 used this for a long weekend and had plenty of space. The host was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

No need to leave !

What a beautiful modern estate home that has everything you need for a long weekend or week ! The company contacted me several days before check-in and made the contactless process of getting in (by key code) easy peasy. The layout and high ceilings are stunning, the kitchen was well appointed with a large island that is perfect for a large family (which was us), there are multiple lounging areas with HDTV's (x3), a theater room, an outside BBQ with counter which was also appointed with its own 6-seater dining table and sofa with another TV, and of course the dipping pool and jacuzzi (with waterfall) area. The location was great as well - about a mile from the restaurant row of old town Scottsdale - which is a nice (20 min) walk or a quick Uber (or Waymo if you are ok with driverless cars LOL), or even a Lime electric scooter (which can be fun along the canal as well). Thank you host !

Amazing Home

The home was extremely clean and property was beautifully maintained. The attention to detail in the decor created an inviting atmosphere that felt like a 5 star resort. The location was incredible. Being in the heart of Old Town was just a short walk/Uber away from incredible restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to travel far. The amenities at the property were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the living spaces were comfortable and stylish. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of my favorite features was the outdoor area. The patio was perfect for relaxing. The pool area was pristine and provided a refreshing escape from the Arizona heat. Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I can't recommend this VRBO enough for anyone looking to stay in Old Town Scottsdale. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return!

Great modern property in Scottsdale

This property exceeded all of our expectations. I was in town for a golf trip with 7 other guys and this house was perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, and elegant place to stay that is very close to the big bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Accommodations were easy and the pool was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend this location to anyone with a medium sized group for a long weekend.

Great new & open space

Had an amazing time staying here. Place is basically new with a very open living room/kitchen area. Looks very much like pictures. Pool and backyard is not as big as I thought, but great for what we needed. Hosts did a great job in communicating. Bed rooms and theatre room are great sizes. Location was great being right next to old town. 14 of us here and had plenty of space. Would stay here again!

Thanksgiving Getaway!

House is virtually brand new. Older neighborhood close to Oldtown Scottsdale. Home was better than the pictures represented and they looked good! 11 adults, and a 16 and 10 year old had plenty of room! Pool is small but great for lounging in and around.
