Hello Jesus, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

I first was put in a room that somebody had just gotten out of… the door was open and the room smelled of smoke.. the towels had hair on it and the phone didn’t work…so I asked for another room…the next room was ok but as a housekeeper myself they need to do better with the cleaning and presentation…also the security guard was very rude I had two reservations because I showed up early the night before my 3 nights booked reservation…the next day a housekeeper came to my room I told her I’m staying and she said you need to call front desk…so I did and front desk said just come with my I’d and key and I’m good I did that and came back to my room…a little later a loud bang was on my door it was the security guard he said get out of this room now I said why he said you need to leave and then said if I don’t open my door he was gonna come in…I didn’t open it and told him everything is taken care of and my room is payed for and to confirm with front desk he refused to listen and tried to bust open my door..thank goodness I had the latch on…he then told me to open the door or he is going to call the police and he did call the police so I called front desk and they said something to him over a radio and he left he didn’t even apologize….very poor service at this motel I will never go back

The property was infested by roaches the first night I killed two then the second night I found them crawling on me there were three remote controls in the room the TV barely worked cutting in and out there was no ice machine there was old food left sporadically throughout the room this morning I tried to go to the front desk to address the issues I had with the room they acted like there weren't concerned and only gave me a half a night refund which I'll be getting in touch with corporate with

Great security and very good rate. The property is clean but rooms are tired. It appeared the motel was doing thier best to clean up the area which was full of bums my last stay. Good job to the staff
