Do not be fooled by this place! There are 3 beds each of them do not have real mattresses. Upon arrival the outside door way by the entrance to the kitchen was filthy! Laundry room filthy! Patio furniture dusty and grill filthy. Wall around the pool in the corner has serious cracking issues. Speaking of the pool - water cold (pool not heated) and green. The pool creeper made sounds like the Tasmanian devil all day and all night long when it would climb the walls making sleep difficult. No lounge chairs to lounge in by the pool! Landscaping needs lots of attention! No chairs or items to even have a fire in the fire pit. Outdoor kitchen area cracking all around. Two glasses to drink out of in the cupboard which needed to be cleaned! No napkins and no ice and no ice cube trays for ice. No Kleenex! Dried food in the grout on the kitchen tile. No pizza pan or cutter when we went to make pizza. No lightbulbs in lamps in living room so no lights. Several Bath towels had bleach stains in them. Downstairs shower had rust spots and very dirty around baseboards. Had to go out and buy batteries for the thermostat in order to make it work. All in all definitely not worth the money! Location was great for spring training games and there were plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area.
