Great home

This was a great home for our family vacation to Arizona. It was easy to find, close to many activities and had all the amenities we needed! The pool was a great area for the kids to hang out in! Highly recommend this home!

Perfect oasis!

We stayed here for our daughters wedding in the area, perfect amount of space, quiet neighborhood and the pool was a huge hit keeping my 6 yr old busy!!! Would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful Home - Horrible Management Company

Four months after our stay and several follow up emails, the issue we had with the property listing remains unresolved. It's unfortunate because the home is beautiful, but I would never rent a property managed by RedAwning again.

Perfect Place

House was exactly like the photos. Very clean and maintained, bed was VERY comfortable. Overall a great experience. I did have an issue with communicating with the management company. They said the hot tub would be warmed up for my arrival (conversation initiated by them). On arrival the hot tub was cold and then was told that it did not work. They also promised to call me back in 30 minutes and I never heard from them for 2 days. I intentionally prioritize getting a hottub when I book. Thankfully the owner stepped in and resolved the issue and was highly communicative. Very impressed with him/her, I will likely shy away from Red Awning in the future tho.

Guy's trip to Spring Training

This was only my 2nd experience with a VRBO property and I was quite impressed!We had a group of 4 guys stay for 4 nights and were glad we all had our own bedrooms.The house was equipped with EVERYTHING we would need for our stay. No detail was missed On the final day, we had an issue with the hot tub inexplicably draining, which prevented use the last day.The host was very responsive to our concerns and offered a very generous credit.If im ever in the Mesa area in the future, this will be my #1 choice for lodging

Beautiful property but

This is a beautiful property, but we were disappointed that the hot tub we paid for and looked forward to using was cold, and the 4th bedroom was an office with a fold-out bed. Also, there were no directions on using the fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor lights. The late check-in time of 4 pm and the early check-out time of 10 am made it a very short stay. (The housecleaners arrived at 9:55 am.) An extra blanket for the primary bedroom would have been nice, too. Otherwise, it was a well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful backyard and pool area perfect for a barbeque. One more suggestion: install handrails, making it safer for guests to enter and exit the pool and hot tub.

Excellent Property with Exceptional Pool/Spa

Excellent experience. Property was clean and bed were comfortable. Minor issue with door code upon arrival but was able to contact management service within minutes. If you want the pool and spa activated (heated) the property does require an additional 50/night for each. Overall, would book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this home! The property was clean, (spotless) well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Really great home.

As we reflected on our trip- our family all agrees this was an excellent home for us. The pool/spa/ and fire pit all combined to give us some great nights after relaxing days. Our teens enjoyed having their own rooms- with our youngest very content with the fold out bed. The location proved excellent for quick jaunts over to the Superstition Mountains.- and we found a good bagel place nearby too! Thanks for helping us have a great time in Phoenix area!.
