The good, the bad, the ........
We enjoyed a sibling and spouse retreat at this property. 8 adults. Throughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely, the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The area is very pretty and we enjoyed the walks around the lakes. Pickleball and tennis! Unfortunately none of the bikes were in working order. Did manage to pump up tires on one bike for a short ride to the lake and back before going flat again. Host said they would have someone come look at the bikes but not while we were there. The kitchen is huge! We chose to cook most of our meals during our stay. The appliances are all new and very nice. The fridge icemaker does not keep up with the demand so be sure to bring extra ice for drinks. There are plenty of plates and bowls but the home could use some serving bowls and some better looking pots and pans. I'm sorry, but the mattresses in the bedrooms besides the main bedroom are canoes. Not sure why as the description said they were new mattresses. We improvised the best we could. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the TV is huge. Too bad the bedroom tv's were not properly working. Host said there are new ones on their way. The home fit most of our needs and we did enjoy our stay. It is spacious and the outside pool area was lovely. The putting green is a nice addition. We did not see a large umbrella as in the description. Did not need it as there are two covered patio areas. landscaping lovely and the entryway Cacti are stunning!
