Good location for ASU
The pluses: good location for ASU, but next time I would choose downtown Tempe for better vibe. Large apartment, good kitchen, nice gym and pool. Lockbox was handy. No loud parties and tenants (students) were very friendly.The negatives: key for the pool and gym, and back up key were not in the lockbox or apartment. We chose the apartment for the gym. Contact with the owners was patchy and we didn’t get the keys until 4 days into our 6 day stay. There is a leasing office, but they don’t run the apartment. The call we made was to overseas area code. The apartment was very noisy, with a busy road on one side and the elevator on the other. Because it’s mostly college students, they were loudly talking at the elevator all through the night. Bright lights outside made it harder to sleep. There were a few very small roaches in the kitchen in the morning, despite the apartment being very clean and new. That may be the season .
