I was having issues with deposit and the manager tried to charge me but she ended up waiving it for me and that was really cool. The wifi was not good at all.

I wouldn't really call it a menu. It was just a bunch of different breads and dry cereal. No protein of any sort , plus no drinks of any kind.

Location has little to no working amenities. Pool was full of bugs & leaves. Stupid & nonsensical 2 towel per room rule. Will not be staying there again.

We didnfind strands of hair embedded in the bed sheets and blankets. Shower could be better. Noticed we were itchy laying on the bed without top sheet, but the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely terrible. You should take this one off your list of options for hotels. Very dirty-dirt on the floor, dirt stained towels, hair on the tub. Breakfast was a joke. coffee machine broken, tiny bottles of Sunny D was their answer for orange juice. Worst breakfast ever.

This listing is fir the MK Hotel, not the Howard Johnson. My reservation from Expedia said Howard Johnson and the map was for the Howard Johnson by the airport, but I arrived and they had no record of my booking. I called the number listed on the hotel page and it took me to the MK Hotel, which is 15 minutes away. No relation at all to the Howard Johnson. Completely insane. This feels very shady. No idea what is going on here but there doesn’t seem to be any way to report this to Expedia. Service was also pretty terrible at both places, for the record, but at least the rooms were clean (by motel standards).

We tried to check in and they said it would be an hour wait so left and came back an hour later and they said it would be another hour. So left again. When we got to the deluxe room the door wouldn’t close without slamming it so they gave us another room and in that room there was no towels, no garbage can, no coffee cups and no bath mat. We stayed two nights the second day they put two bath towels in the room no hand towels or face clothes. They emptied the garbage and that was all they did still no coffee cups. We had to go to the office to get the things we needed. The desk lady said we would get a discount and we don’t know if we got a discount or not. We will never stay there again.

The room was not clean: The toilet had urine stains, the shower was dingy and needed to be bleach cleaned. The towels were thread-bare. The door did not open and shut properly, the laminate flooring was bubbling and coming up from the sub floor. The microwave was dirty and had no glass turning tray. I spilled water and cleaned it up and the Kleenex was brown afterward meaning they don’t mop the floors. Asked for more Kleenex and they didn’t have any. Free Continental Breakfast: No hot food, milk and juice machines were both broken, sliding doors out to patio were broken so we couldn’t go outside from the dining area, all they had to eat was bananas, oranges, some muffins, toast, dry cereal and coffee. Grounds: The pool and hot tub were dirty, no towels, no chaise lounges, or umbrellas. Staff: They sat around on their phones and could have been cleaning and tending to the breakfast items that were out. Over All: It’s not worth the money, poorly kept property, poor customer service.

There weren't even enough towels! There was 1 bath towel (very thin) and 1 washcloth! Our floor was in horrible shape! It was vinyl planks and they were broken and peeling up. The rooms looked like they were pieced together from hotels that went out of business. My advice, focus on a portion of rooms, do them up right, rent them and start on the next batch. It looked like it wasn't ready to open, but they did....

This hotel has considerably upgraded its decor since its change of ownership. Great value for overnight stay on route to somewhere . However what used to be AMAZING breakfast of scrambled eggs, plus turkey sausages, potato, bacon strips is now cereal , thin bread for toasting, no butter, weak juice machine and its sad. My other gripe is again NO SUNLOUNGERS. In fact only 6 chairs available around pool which is very well maintained. You want customers to stay - give them poolside facilities PLEASE. Usual maid service- She knocks if you are there for service but otherwise you have to ask for towels, toileteries, and waste bags. Price is main attraction - $188 for 4 nights.

Staff was rude, we were gone for 2 days in the desert and when we came back we didn’t have our room and stuff and they told us that they changed our room without notice… not even a call they throw all of our food and our suitcases were in a looker (who btw only the landlord had access) so we had to wait 2h to have our things back…. The girl at the desk was no help at all and when we asked questions she didn’t even answer.! We asked for a refund at least 2 days they told us yes but it’s been 2 weeks and no respond! Well
