The property and the room were very dirty, there were a lot of cockroach inside the room, it was unpleasnt experience, we had to leave the room and hotel at midnight.

nunca hice check inn porque no abia nadien para que lo hiciera la officina estubo serrada todo el tiempo el lugar esta asqueroso las puertas de los cuartos son verdes y se ven negras de mugre sin contar con el bandalismo que ay en ese lugar las personas durmiendo afuera amontonadas con bolsas y maletas por los pasillos demasiado movimiento de drogas en el lugar

Qué tal.. bueno les comento que el hotel está bastante sucio.. al llegar a la habitación veías a las demás habitaciones fuera de sus puertas las bolsas de basura que al cabo de algún tiempo alguien pasaría por ellas.. bueno eso imagine.. pero lo que pasó es que nadie pasó por ellas.. en al entrar al cuarto olores extraños mi hija dijo que olía a zanahorias... No lo recomiendo es caro para el hotel que es..

I did not have a chance to check a property. Front desc closed 11 pm, but it was not any notes on Expedia website. We arrived on 2 am and on the middle of the night discovered that we can't get to the hotel after 6 hours driving and then did drive around to find another place to stay. When the next day I called to Expedia for a refund, agent told me that I have to pay a cancelation fees. I tried to explain him, that I did not cancel that reservation. That situation happened, because of your negligence., and you have to refund money, but he refused. I told him in this case I have to find a lower and ask for compensation. Terrible

I don't even know how a property like this is able to operate. First the room is nothing like the pictures, it's so run down and terrible. We didn't even have a mirror in the bathroom, I felt like we were on a jail cell. There used to be a mirror because there was a piece in the bottom of the toilet. The lamp on the night stand didn't even have a bulb and the toilet paper holder was broken. The noise outside was crazy, people grilling in the parking lot with loud music, and it felt so unsafe. I was looking for a place to rest and I know this was priced lower than other properties and I can see why. The stuff was very friendly but not much they can do about the condition of the hotel

Ran into a family crisis during middle of stay. Staff went way beyond expectations to assist me in the mist. Manager is amazing!
