i had a bad experience the bathroom was very dirty and a cleaning worker who passed through the corridors was always speaking bad words even in front of us

Maravillosa! Pasamos una noche pero la verdad nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo. La zona donde está ubicado el hotel es muy tranquila, un muy buen vecindario!

En tres dias de estamcia nunca hicoeron el cuarto. Encontré "basura" de huspedes anteriores. Un rubo de crema tieado y pequeños papeles porque no limpiaron bien. Nunca pusieron acondicionador de cabello en los dispensadores

Un hotel en buenas condiciones, cerca de restaurantes, de tiendas y de Fashion Valley. Los cuartos son cómodos y de buen tamaño. El desayuno es básico y cumple con las expectativas.

We really enjoyed our stay. Reason for 4 star instead of 5, property is showing signs or aging and it seems not much is being done to keep it up. Great pool! Nice staff. Great beds.

Our stay was enjoyable. Hotel is very clean, quiet, in an excellent area close to shops, restaurants, freeway and so many other options. This is an excellent place to stay and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

The breakfast was really poor. The elevator broke during our stay. The bathrooms needed upgrading. The breakfast options were really bad. The food was stale. The fruit was rotten.

Didn't like the breakfast, stay for a week and by the third day I stop going. The staff that served the breakfast are not that friendly either. Property is very clean, bed are very comfortable. I was downstairs close to the general bathroom, vending machine. It was very noisy, am not really a morning person. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Everything was great except one thing. The closet door was basically a flimsy mirror and it wouldn’t stay closed. Real cheap.

When I made reservation I asked for first floor, and close to lobby. Did not have, we were put on third floor, and at end of hall. Ice machine did not work on 3rd. floor, I had to go down to second floor for ice.

I do apologize the request for 1st floor did not come through and the property was sold out. Ice machine GFI blew over the weekend, has since been repaired. We hope you would give us another opportunity in the future to improve upon your experience staying with us.

Friendly staff, very clean, quiet. Loved the large full bottles of Dove body wash & lotion. Quality bedding & comfortable bed. Great location to go to Salt River Fields & Salt River Casino. Free bottles of cold water - this was a big plus! Free parking. Didn’t get up in time for breakfast. The property isn’t fancy or plush but was fine. Only complaint is bathtub drain was super slow so tub starts filling with water as you shower. I read they are renovating this summer. Would definitely go back.

Front staff were friendly and helpful. It was definitely overpriced for what it was ($330 a night!), but it was Friday and I suspect a busy time of year. Still way too much. It was fairly noisy too, which was hard on my insomnia and I slept about 3 hours the night we stayed there. People slamming doors at 3 am, etc..

My door was jammed to my room. When I notified the gentleman at the front desk he came to look at the door and then shoulder rammed it to open it. He then turned to me and said “this is an old building” so for the remainder of my stay I guess I was expected to forcefully open my door, I just used the back door entrance to the room

I do apologize, he is right it is an old building but you shouldn't have had to deal with that. I will pass this on to maintenance so it can be addressed immediately. The property is scheduled for complete renovation this summer. We hope you will choose to stay with us again after completing to see our improvements

Bathroom had a very musty smell even tho it looked clean. Shower head dripped continuously. AC and heat worked fine. Complimentary breakfast was appalling… dry cinnamon bun, dry eggs, dry sausage. We took a few bites of the oatmeal and grabbed a yogurt and left hungry. Parking was good staff friendly
