Family Thanksgiving
We booked the house so we can bring Thanksgiving to my son who lives in the area. The house met all our needs for our family including our fur babies. The Host came on site to check on the house before we arrived and noticed an issue with the heating system for the pool and worked to resolve it quickly. She was welcoming and was easily available for any questions. Our family enjoyed the stay.

Amazing Stay
I have rented many VRBO homes in this area while visiting my son who is stationed at Luke Air Force Base. This house is hands down the best property, I have had the pleasure of staying at. The house is well kept, clean, completely stocked with anything and everything you could think of, things are labeled, the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, Tvs, pool table, and the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was beautifully landscaped, heated pool was amazing and the basketball court kept my son occupied. The owner was very quick to respond and exceptionally accommodating to our needs. A short walk down the street was a cute little bakery, including coffee, tea and boba smoothies and next to that was a cute little botique. A short drive from the house had tons of stores and restaurants. Thank you for everything, including the wonderful stay and I can't wait to visit again!

Arizona Trip

Great, spacious place to stay in Goodyear.
This was a perfect place to stay, and Elaine was a consummate host. Very clean, well maintained, and spacious property. Elaine responded to questions immediately and took personal pride in pleasing her guests.

Great Home!
This was such a perfect rental for our family!! The house had so much space for everyone, it came with the little things I didn’t even expect! Shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. I didn’t have to do a store run for those necessities. The only “gripe” I have is that the pool was pretty warm when we got there. The weather was already in the 100’s and so we were expecting a nice cool pool to jump in to, but it was pretty warm. I just wished the temperature would’ve been set to a cooler setting prior to arriving. Other than that, my entire family thought everything was great!!

Family vacation
We enjoyed our stay very much . The home was beautiful. Comfortable beds . Neighborhood extremely quiet. Yard was perfect for hanging out with family . The only snafu was that I did not receive code to enter home until I was literally on way driving to airport , so I was quiet anxious . The owner did apologize and it all work Ed out . So my only suggestion is maybe sending code a week before, like some other places .I have stayed. Would definitely recommend this place to other families!!!

Excellent Family Time
This was the perfect vacation house for our family. Plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. The backyard was wonderful. Elaine was a great host checking in with us during our stay to inquire about any needs. We ate most meals at the house and found the kitchen well equipped. We loved the huge master suite walk in closet that made a good sleeping space for our infant granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property
My family visited AZ for a baseball tournament and we couldn’t have picked a better house. There are so many entertainment options for the kids and adults (pool, basketball, ping ping, pool table, etc.). The house was clean and all furniture was in great shape. The property manager was wonderful to work with and was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We will definitely rent this house again if we return to AZ.

Great location, plenty of fun
The house location was perfect. Close enough to the highway and grocery stores. Neighborhood and surrounding areas were very nice, well maintained, felt safe. The house itself has plenty of space and activities. Being able to use the garage was a plus! We spent the majority of our time by the pool. The kids enjoyed movies on the huge TV with surround sound. We would definitely stay here again. The owner is very quick to respond and attentive. On the nights we didn’t grill we ordered from nearby restaurants. Overall a very happy experience.

Thank you, Maureen. I appreciate your comments and will most certainly attend to the items. The damage you refer to is being addressed. It was entirely cosmetic since the entire shower walls and base were recently replaced and a small section of baseboard is missing behind the toilet. It's hard to get little things done during COVID19 but we will pursue it diligently. Thanks again for leaving our home in terrific shape! -Elaine

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home!
Elaine was such a gem to work with! This was our first VRBO booking and from start to finish she was quickly responsive to all my questions and helpful! She even took care of ordering some extra pool toys for the stay! The house is a fantastic layout. Bedrooms are all upstairs and the amount of things to do kept the baseball boys plenty busy while momma floated in the pool :) Everything was well taken care of, clean and well labeled. We will definitely reach out to her for our next tournament! Would definitely recommend booking!

Fantastic stay at an incredible property!
Several friends and I were visiting Arizona for a wedding at the Wigwam, and were thrilled to find such a wonderful home within five minutes of the resort. The owner, Elaine, was a pleasure to deal with from the time of our initial booking throughout our entire stay. She takes great pride in caring for this beautiful property and it is much appreciated! The house is beautiful, well-furnished, and very comfortable, with added fun of a pool table and several other games--but the yard is where it's at! Fantastic large swimming pool, ping pong table, basketball, bar area with great grill and built-in cooler, and outstanding lawn furniture. We hated to leave and hope to return again soon!

Nice house, great backyard.
House is nice, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Backyard is great, very nice chairs and relaxing furniture. Basketball hoop was a great perk. Would be 5 star but the property backs to a semi busy street.

Thank you Josh. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify for future guest, the street behind us is Wigwam BLVD. and has a high school that creates traffic twice a day when school goes in and gets out. Not a main thoroughfare but it has a couple busy periods. The good news is that its a school zone so maximum 20 mph.

Perfect stay and location for my family from out of town!
Very spacious and welcoming home for our family that came to visit for Thanksgiving! Large, open kitchen and living areas both upstairs and down. The back yard was a dream with a heated pool, basketball hoop, ping pong table, fire pit, bbq, and patio seating. With a park right next door, there were plenty of actvities to keep the kids entertained. Elaine was great to work with and very accommodating. The home was very clean and had all needed amenities. I would book again in a minute.

Perfect for guys getaway
We had a group of 4 travel to Phoenix for a 4 day guys sports getaway. We liked this location as it was a short 15 minute Uber ride to Westgate Entertainment District for the hockey and football games. We really enjoyed the pool, basketball hoop, and ping pong table, and firepit in the back yard. The pool was a good temp for swimming and getting in to cool off on the warmer days. There was plenty of room for the four of us in the house as well. It had a well equipped kitchen, although we mostly used the gas BBQ in the back yard, Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We would definitely stay here again and might even consider bringing our wives next time! :) Thanks for your great hospitality, Elaine!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
Immediately upon arrival Elaine was there to show us around and how to work everything. She is very nice and accommodating. The house was perfect for our multiple families. Downstairs is open concept, so there is plenty of room for all. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Family room, living room and kitchen are all open to one another and very inviting. Lots of seating areas. You have plenty to do at this gorgeous and clean home. The back yard was amazing. The pool was heated, had fun pool toys and rafts. There is a covered patio, BBQ, firepit and ping pong table. So much to do outdoors. Even at night, with the twinkling lights from the patio, we able to enjoy ourselves outside, late into the night. The bedrooms were all clean with lots of closet space. There is a loft with a sofa and TV upstairs for more guest. The 3 bathrooms were all very large, which is helpful when many people are trying to get ready. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean and enjoyable our stay was. This had to be one of my favorite houses I have rented. Having 4 children, I have rented many throughout the years. We were in AZ for my son's wedding. The groomsmen met at our house to get ready. Not a problem. Throughout the weekend we had many additional family members come by to visit us. The house was never crowded, and everyone agreed that our rental house was the absolute best!

The property was great and the owner made everything super easy!
Our family of 4 was in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect home for us. We were able to relax when games weren't being played; shooting pool indoors or swimming in the backyard pool. The house allowed our son to get needed sleep and have meals on time... And the owners are great! Booking was easy (1st time user) and adjustments to the reservation were easy too! I will stay here again when in town!!

Absolutely Perfect
We stayed here during the USA baseball tournament in the middle of the summer the week before the 4th of July. Elaine was responsive, respectful and the ultimate professional. She is a direct reflection of the rental home. The home was immaculately clean, comfortable, cold in the summer and the pool was perfect for us. There is a pool table, board games, towels, pool toys, volleyball net and so much more. The kitchen is great and roomy, the beds are comfortable and clean. I wish I could keep this rental a secret!! Thank you Elaine for a fantastic stay, we will 100% be booking again.
