El trato de la persona de recepción fatal ni por ser miembro diamante. No regreso a este hotel , el desayuno muy malo y el huevo con sabor muy sintético . me cambié a un Hilton y gran diferencia.

Muy agradable estancia, el unico inconveniente es que no dejaron toallas suficientes y además no pasaron a limpiar la habitación el segundo día de estancia

Buen hotel, cerca del aeropuerto.
El cuarto estaba lindo, super amplio pero había “cereal” por todas partes de la alfombra. Como que no estaba bien aspirado.

When checking in - the woman at the front desk was rather unfriendly and "short". Not at all welcoming. I seemed more like an inconvenience to her rather than a guest.

Would definitely stay again
The hotel is pretty close to ASU (about 1.5 miles or so) so the conveniences of restaurants you’d want near a college were close (although the couple blocks before ASU are a little less desirable. The hotel itself was clean, spacious rooms, warm pool and hot tub (even in January), and breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly and good.

Front desk lady was rude and booked us in a cigarette smokey room pretty sure she knew it smelled like that and she seen I had two kids and when we went down to tell her she didn’t ask if we wanted to switch rooms room wasn’t even cleaned at all just towels switched
