This townhome had an awesome Scottsdale location. We also appreciated the garage and pool since temps were in the low 100's in March! We had plenty of room and everything we needed and a phone contact if we need any additional assistance.

I stayed at Eucalyptus by AvantStay with 2 friends for 10 days in March. The location is excellent if you are horse showing at Westworld or there for the PGA tournament or other activities in north Scottsdale. The check in was easy. The condo is spacious and was VERY clean. The kitchen was well stocked (though we never cooked). There were plenty of bath towels and pool towels. The 2 bikes were a bonus! The beds were comfy with nice linens. I have stayed at a few VRBO’s that are managed by a property management company and my preference is to work directly with the owner as the owner but I will say that Avant Stay was very responsive when I reached out to them with questions. They were far more responsive than any other property management company with which I worked. My only negative is that one of the bedrooms does not have a closet or dresser which was an inconvenience for my friend staying in that room. We did buy a clothing rack & left it there so hopefully it will be in the unit for future use. I would prefer a notebook with essential information as opposed to using a QR code or logging onto the website but that is my personal preference. I will most definitely stay in this unit again as the pro’s FAR outweigh the few negatives.

A pleasant stay after the circus left town

The unit was as advertised in the description and pictures - updated, accommodating, and well-appointed. It was a good value in a quiet, gated community. And the management company, AvantStay, was very attentive and responsive when we made a request or an issue needed to be resolved. The ‘circus’ was the WM Phoenix Open, the largest event on the PGA Tour, which swallows the Montana del Sol condominium association whole during the run of the tournament. So unless you’re there for the tournament in February, I’d recommend avoiding this property the entire week before, the weekend of, and the few days after it.

Good Stay

Appreciated the games, cards and hot tub as it was so cold that week in PHX! My only suggestion would be to have a map within the gated community to the property. We were checking in after dark and the house numbers are not street facing so I needed to walk around to each door until I found ours. They may have this in the check in material but I didn't see it.

Great location, clean

Overall things were great. Bunk bed room beds need some TLC. The beds were wobbly and no way we could have two teens in each bunk (one on top of the other). Honestly a safety hazard. My only only gripe was the cleaning lady "waiting" outside at 1020am for a 11am check out,. Literally parked right out front and she even honked her horn at 1055am since we had not left yet. We checked out at 1057am, was just awkward having her wait right outside. That being said...the overall property and experience were well worth it and we WOULD rent again. I just hope they resolve the bunk beds not being sturdy and notify the cleaning people to stay away until 11am checkout.

Perfect Spot

Rented this condo for the Waste Management Phoenix Open and it was perfect. Quick walk to the course and a quicker walk to the Bird's Nest. The condo itself was clean and well appointed. You can go wrong with this place.

Great location!

This property was in a great location and fit all our needs! We grilled most evenings at the poolside grill and met a lot of friendly residents. Would not hesitate to stay there again! Also GREAT BEDS!!

Perfect for a quiet luxury retreat

Pleasant overall but poor communication/follow through

The home was as expected and a nice location, quiet and clean. All items needed were provided, however this was the first time working through third party, AvantStay. There were follow up delays and always had a different person to talk with. The pool/house key was missing and it was hard to get it escalated yet they did eventually have someone get a key almost two days later. Also there was no pack n play bedding. Most placed will have bedding if pack n play is provided. They never got that for us nor did they answer our question about laundry detergent so we could do laundry. Overall we enjoyed the stay and liked the home, but host was lacking.
