Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas y bonitas, pero el personal no es muy eficiente, al hacer check inn me pidieron mi tarjeta para cobrarme un deposito y por lo cansado que venia no me di cuenta que me cargaron 1250 USD, y cuando reclame me dijeron que fue un error pero que en 4 a 7 dias se me regresaria, ademas que en las 3 noches que estuve no logre que hicieran limpieza del cuarto, por lo que no recomiendo rentar aqui..

No nos dieron el tipo de habitacion reservada de dos camas, hasta que tuve que reclamar. Su respuesta fue que era culpa de Expedia porque no confirmaron el tipo de habitacion. No hicieron la lmpieza de la habitación y no rellenaron el servicio de sobres para cafe en la habitacion

Lo siento Arturo. I seems there was a misunderstanding about the room type you needed. Our apologies as well for not communicating that we do not clean and refresh the rooms daily unless requested.

I stayed in room 249…the toilet and mini-fridge to be replaced asap. They both appear to be dated. I didn’t request a change of room due to my tiredness and cleanliness but for future patrons I’m sure this will be a thing.

Complimentary breakfast should be included at the per night rate as well as a water bottle at check in. No towels available in the pool area. Other than that, very clean rooms.

The hotel was under employed. Only one person at the front desk having to answer phones and the line for people checking in, and the the line for people buying snacks at the gift shop. The pool is good. The sheets are itchy, and the beds are worn. The building is outdated.
