BUILDING & AMENITY DISCLOSURE
All community amenities—including pools, gyms, elevators, common spaces, and recreational facilities—are owned, operated, and maintained by the building management. Availability may change without notice due to closures, maintenance, or operational decisions.
We are not responsible for amenity interruptions or closures. Should issues arise, we are happy to report them to management on your behalf; however, timelines and outcomes are outside our control.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
UNIT ACCESS DISCLOSURE
On rare occasions, maintenance personnel may require access to the unit to perform necessary tasks. These schedules are controlled by property management. Refusal of access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

Units are furnished to a consistent standard; however, individual apartments may vary slightly in décor, layout, or size compared to listing photos.

Guests will have exclusive, uninterrupted access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Community amenities available for guest use include the pools, courts, gym, BBQ areas, and outdoor lounge spaces, in accordance with building rules.

The $45 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

All guests must sign a rental usage agreement before their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.
