I feel terrible giving such a low rating because Vishal who we communicated with most was amazing! Unfortunately, the condition of the property was not a stellar especially for the amount of money that we spent on the property. There was a cracked mirror, The rug in the main room was very worn and dirty and the pillows on the couches were falling apart and also looked dirty. There were hardly any pieces of silverware. the bathroom fixtures were not working properly in fact one of the bathrooms had a water control that was backwards so when you turned it to what you thought would be warm it end up being cold and vice versa. There was a lovely patio area out the slider but only one outdoor chair to sit on. The property is advertised as sleeping up to eight I believe but it was clearly only stocked for one or two people.We were looking forward to the on-site workout and pool area which was promised as part of our reservation but when we arrived there were no keys and despite multiple messages back and forth requesting them to leave the keys We never did receive the keys in all the 10 days that we stayed. When we asked them to give us some kind of a refund or compensation for the lack of amenities the management group said no. Which was very frustrating. The location, safety of the complex and the convenience are all pluses for this property. And as mentioned previously our communication with Vishal was fabulous.
