Me pareció excelente
Solo estuvimos una noche, aunque he estado varias veces en Tempe, nunca me había hospedado en Comfort Suites, pero me encantó, desde la atención en recepción de una Srita muy amable, la limpieza del hotel, los pasillos olian a limpio, las habitaciones muy cómodas, colchones y almohadas excelentes, el baño muuuuuuy limpio, me sorprendieron de verdad, los felicito y el desayuno completo y rico.

No le gustó: Limpieza, personal y atención
assigned the same room as us to other guests, giving use of all the room services (bathroom, shower, poorly made bed, heating at its maximum temperature, etc.), the most reprehensible thing was when they tried to open the room at 11pm when my whole family was already asleep, then I went down to reception very upset by the situation and the administrative staff had no concern or interest in what happened, really a very bad experience..

Detalles de la habitación
El hotel en general esta muy bien el detalle es la limpieza de la habitacion habia popos no sabemos si de raton de o ratas, y el baño fallaban las llaves de la tina y del lavamanos como que ya tienen mucho tiempo y necesitan cambiarse. Por lo pronto decidimos en familia ya no hospedarnos en ese hotel.

Mala experiencia,
Tuvimos mala experiencia las 2 noches que estuvimos. El Wifi no sirvió en ningún momento. Nos cambiaron de habitación por este motivo y tampoco funcionó. La primera noche no dormimos por ruidos muy fuertes en la habitación de tuberías de agua y la segunda noche no dejo de sonar el teléfono de la habitación. Todo esto quedó documentado en front Desk y con la manager.

La habitación deja mucho que desear, las condiciones del Sofá cama terrible, los resortes rotos, la colchoneta sucia y manchada con sangre.Tuvimos que sacar el colchón al pasillo y nos dieron otro colchón de otro Sofá cama de otra habitación. Por otra parte el minisplit no enfríaba, calentaba en su lugar. ¡En off prendía! tuve que desconectarlo. No volveré a parar en este Hotel.

Very quiet even so close to the airport. Friendly staff, and convenient breakfast. Only complaint was the bathtub had rust spots.

When we arrived into our room our beds were not made so I called the front desk. The poor young man at the front desk was the only person working at the hotel. He came and took pictures and said he would contact management. He couldn’t escape the front desk from checking people in. One and a half hours later after 12am I went down to the desk and said please can I have sheets and I’ll make the beds myself. He did comply. Unfortunately the manager the next day said I would have to go through Expedia since it’s a third parts to get a discount or refund. The management is absolutely terrible!!!
