Recomendamos a los huéspedes que utilicen los baños de sus habitaciones y mantenemos los del vestíbulo cerrados con llave por razones de seguridad, pero los desbloquearemos para los huéspedes que lo soliciten.We apologize for not meeting your expectations during your stay with us. We recommend guests use the bathrooms in their rooms, and we keep the ones in the lobby locked for security reasons, but will unlock them for guests upon request.

Location was very good, many stores and restaurants around. Very calm and with enough parking. Rooms confortable and the price is according with the place.

Lamento que su estadía con nosotros en el hotel no haya estado a la altura de sus estándares. Creo que todos los hoteles requieren un depósito y le informaremos al hacer el registro de entrada. El depósito es solo en caso de que algo esté dañado o falte en la habitación.

Recepción muy buena. Habitación no estaba muy limpia ya que la tina estaba tapada y en el closet encontré un vibrador. No se veía buena higiene para el COVID ya que no había gel ni limpieza anticovid

I do not recommend this hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel. The service is bad. I paid the room with a king size bed one month in advance and they gave us 2 doubles. My husband is tall and his feet get out of bed. We had to sleep separately. Very hard and tall pillows I have neck and back pain.

Had you informed us of any issues with your room we could've sent maintenance to fix it or moved you. The elevator was being worked on for 3 hours one morning and we had put signs up about this. I come to see my parents once a month who are in a assisted living center. The location is very easy to access and I can get to them without getting on a busy street.

Pros: The location is convenient with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. For the most part the staff were great. The pool was heated, which was great for a winter visit. Cons: The first floor must be the smoking floor because you could not get to the elevator without getting a large dose of second-hand smoke. The mattresses felt like they were as old as the hotel. The walls and floors were paper thin so bring earplugs. Both kids ended up with bloody toes from the bottom of the pool.

This room was $396 for 1 night….really Very low quality I’ve stayed in motel 6 that was Way better for a fraction of this cost Bottom line I won’t be getting a room at comfort suites again I will say staff was very nice and helpful
