El aire en el cuarto estaba completamente apagado cuando llegamos. Hacia mucho calor y el cuarto no estaba una temperatura comoda. Tuvimos que prender el aire y dejar el cuarto por dos horas para poder dormir alli.

Horribly dirty and very disgusting, moved to two rooms and each one more filthy than the last. Customer service is difficult with getting refunds and try to scam you out of your money. Definitely don’t stay here.

It's a decent budget hotel in a nice neighborhood and close to the freeway. Nothing great and nothing real bad. Bed was hard and not enough light in the room. Would stay there again.

There were ants on the floor in the bathroom. $250/night is ridiculous for this old of a property but $350-400 closer in. The front desk employee was very professional and friendly.

It’s a Comfort Inn so quite average except for the outrageous price. Unfortunately everything in the area is overpriced. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I made a mistake with my booking. I booked wed Feb 28 instead of tuesday the 27th. Expedia virtual agent was fine with cancelling and rebooking but needed confirmation from the hotel. A young man got the call (with me at the desk) and he recited his hotel policy about cancelling and that he could not cancel! Not good customer relations!!! The hotel had many open rooms for both nights but the young man was too ignorant to make the decision. I and all I know will NEVER stay at Comfort inns ever again!!!

Dear Robert,I request that you please again talk to Expedia. YOu choose to use them on a resv. that had sever penalties that was disclosed to you by Expedia agents, I am sure. Once your resv. was booked, your cc would be charged immediately and you cannot ammend this resv. WE did not charge you anything, Expedia did. So you need to talk to them if you or they made any mistakes in making your reservation. We were not even a party to your communication with Expedia or their agentsThis is WHY we urge our guests to use BRAND.com to make reservations instead of any third party(s).Thank you

Dear Cheryl,This is why we suggest and recommend to go through BRAND.com to make any reservations, But YOU choose Expedia instead. YOu made this reservation through Expedia and as you said, it took you to find an EXPEDIA agent 2 hours and still was not successful. We dont know any of that. This resv. had 24 hour cancelation policy and we held the room for you as you requested. WE unfortunately cannot refund in this case.Sincerely,Sam

Very expensive for a less than mediocre property. In general old and in desperate need of update . I don’t generally expect much from a comfort inn but it was very high priced for such a dumpy property.

Shame on Comfort Inn and Hotels.com
The place was filthy. We had someone else’s hair in the bathroom, bedding was ripped and stained. The smell was dirty, one of the beds smelled of BO. I am positive there was not one cleaned spot in there We did not stay, but then they didn’t refund us our money. Hotels.com was supposed to get back to us with in 48 hours, hahaha, I called them after 72 hours for them to tell us that we would not be refunded. Poor business practice on both!!

The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel was clean. But I have slept on floors more comfortable than their beds and the towels were more like sandpaper

Save ur $$, go somewhere else
Honestly, for what i paid... it was pathetic!! The room was old and outdated, the toilet seat was gross, and the hallway smelled like pot. The breakfast was a joke! Very few options, half the things appeared to be out of order. We were also double charged which was fixed at check in, but the desk clerk refused to talk to me, only directing reponses to my husband which i felt was rude. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay!
