Great location

Overall a great place to stay. Great location near Oldtown and hiking areas. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the stay. The only complaint is that the washing machine was full of mold and I believe led to the funny smell in the condo. Other than that, a very clean and well maintained property.

Great Location

Wonderful location, backing onto Vista del Camino Park. Overall, the property was very good, well supplied, and handy to everything we wanted to do. The unit easily accommodated ourselves, and our adult daughter, who joined us for one week. Definitely not disabled-friendly, since there is one flight of stairs to access the condo and another to the master bedroom. Some of the furniture choices are a problem for short people, such as the dining arrangement of high-top table and high chairs and benches. My wife had great difficulty negotiating the table, as well as the high mattress of the master bed upstairs. A matter of personal taste, and the dining table was accurately described on the website, but a problem for some. AC / heating was effective, but loud fans.

Trip to Remember

Arrived to the house without an issue. Couldn't find our house number (although it was right in front of us), i texted the number with a response immediately. We were located directly across from the pool which i used daily. The house was equipped with all ammenities…which was very helpful. Toilet paper, cleaning wipes, even laundry detergent and dishwasher pods.(that was much appreciated!! All we had to buy was groceries. There was even spices in the cupboard. Really appreciated the air fryer also! Used it daily. Had to reach out for a couple of stupid questions and received immediate responses each time. The only thing i may suggest would be a couple of chairs on the small deck outside. Even fold ip ones. Location was great …very quiet neighbourhood, and the highways/streets were very easy to drive. Overall awesome time! Thank you

The property was exactly as described. Located in a safe quite community we walked in the park almost everyday. It’s just a short drive to many restaurants and stores with easy access to the highway system. Would definitely book again!

Great location

The condo was conveniently located to everything. It backed up to the green belt, we took walks everyday. Beautiful hikes were all less than a 20 minute drive. The pool was right across the street. Our stay included free golf, free admission to the aquarium and several other attractions. ( it was good for one person everyday, any day) a wonderful perk! The condo was clean and had all amenities that you would need.. the garage was a plus. Otherwise limited parking. We had a few questions, the property manager ( Bernie) was great. Always called back within five minutes. Overall, a great stay.

So Pleased with our VRBO Stay!

We immensely enjoyed our stay! Everything was as indicated! Pool area and hot tub nice with plenty of chairs. Complex was clean and well kept up. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and other shopping, eating areas! Highly recommend!
