Great Location
We enjoyed our stay and the location is great for going to Cubs games or Old Town, and is close to Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert that have a lot of dining options too.

Nice Stay
We stayed for a long weekend to attend Spring Training games. The home was very comfortable for our family of 5 adults (+ our daughter's dog). Well located for the places we wanted to go, and had everything we needed for cooking, etc. Thanks!

Great house
This house was a great home base for our 3 week visit to the Scottsdale area. Well stocked kitchen, smart tv in living room, we logged into our own hulu account. My fur baby loved the enclosed backyard and we shared an orange from the trees every day. There are several barking dogs in the neighborhood, you can hear some traffic noise from the 101 in the distance. It would be nice to have access to the garage and a tv in the bedroom but that is about all the negatives. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Outstanding home and location
The house was just as advertised. Very clean and ideal for our family holiday, including our daughter's dog. The neighbor was quiet and nice to walk around and the house was very close to the 101, making it easily accessible to every activity we were interested in. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit our son. No issues at all, everything top-notch.

Golf Weekend
This was perfect for our group of four. Location was excellent both for golf, spring training games, and grabbing dinner in Scottsdale. Laura was very responsive with communication. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

Golf trip
We had a great stay here for our golf trip to Scottsdale. Place was very clean and perfect for all our needs. Located perfectly near the 101 and old town, so getting out and about was easy!

Great House in Scottsdale
My husband and I fortunately booked this house last year for all of February ‘23. We knew the Super Bowl was going to be there, and we always like to enjoy the SB festivities. It was perfect for us and the family and friends that visited us. Laura is a sweetheart of an owner and she upgraded her cable bc it was a little limited. Her response was immediate and we were more than satisfied. The house has everything you need. The location is convenient to food stores, restaurants, parks, easy access to the expressways, and not far from Sky Harbor Airport. We definitely recommend this home for your stay, and would stay here again.

Awesome Property

Great location
Host was very responsive and gave us an early check-in. Property was located perfectly for access to Scottsdale Stadium. Nice outdoor seating and fireplace. Beds were comfy :)

Family vacation

Great property, good location with all amenities
Great location and short distance to restaurants, shopping, hiking and bonus paved bike trail less than 1 miles from property. Amenities just as advertised with spacious floor plan. Only bummer was shower drain in master bath that was partially plugged. Would stay here again if traveling through area.

Great place - close to everything!
We spent 5 weeks here and were very comfortable. Easy access to all the surrounding areas, set back enough from main roads to be quiet, nice parks and paths to walk on. We had an amazing trip and would definitely come back again.

Best of Scottsdale
We spent a month at the house and absolutely loved it. The house was super clean when we checked in. We only used the king bed and that was very comfy. Master shower had good water pressure. Sheets and towels were plentiful and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of nice plates and glasses. The spacious backyard was so pleasant to enjoy the beautiful weather with cactus and orange trees all around. Washer/dryer both worked well. The “trails” sections of Scottsdale is a really nice area and a great location. I always felt safe walking the dogs and the neighbors were all so friendly. The house is located about a mile from two different entrances to the greenbelt parks that run through Scottsdale that we visited at some point every day. It is also less than four miles to old town Scottsdale so you are very close to numerous restaurants, art galleries and shops. Closest supermarket Fry’s was just about a mile away and was a decent market. We were sorry to have to leave and plan to book a longer stay again. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing property owner
Our trip was cancelled so we were unable to spend time at the property but I can’t express enough how great Laura was to work with. She was very kind and prompt to respond to all questions and requests. She even accommodated a request that wasn’t included with the home. When we reschedule our trip we will be definitely staying at Laura’s house.

We loved the house!
The house was great and very comfortable for two couples. Three would be fine also. Clean, comfy and convenient location. Laura was an excellent host, always available to help, evening bringing over a toaster when I couldn’t find one. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet location and responsive property manager
Location was in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was great, responses to questions were answered in a matter of minutes. Outside grill and furniture are little more worn than than listed. New cleaning service didn’t really clean very well from precious renters and we had to do some vacuuming and light touch up. Notified property manager and she was more than kind.

Thank you for your feedback. We have addressed the cleaning crew and have already switched to another, as a clean home is something we take very serious. We will continue to search for new pads for the patio furniture. A few bad storms in the fall wore then a bit and I have struggled to find replacement pads. We did replace the table and chairs, though. Thank you, again, for staying. I apologize for the cleaning issues. It won’t happen again. Thank you.

Nice House
We had a great stay! We enjoyed the roomy house, and our pups liked the enclosed back yard. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and there's a park nearby. Very close to the ball parks, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc.

Very Charming house!
This was a great place. The owner was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was close to the 101, a grocery and a drugstore. Great location! The only thing I would change maybe would be the living room furniture it was a little soft, harder for some to get in and out of. Please give this place a stay!

Spring Training

Great stay for our family
This property was everything we wanted for our family. Spacious, clean, great location and outstanding communication from the owner. Truly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you, Laura!! Also kudos to VRBO/HomeAway, as they quickly and effectively resolved an issue we had when a prior reservation we had was cancelled on us with very little notice. They got us into this property, which turned out to be the perfect choice.

Perfect property. Delightful hostess
We were in Phoenix for a family reunion. We rented this house and were very happy with the home. Comfortable beds and beautiful setting. Friendly neighborhood. The neighbors were waving to us after one day. We did not use the kitchen (except for the coffee pot). We were invited to take the citrus from the citrus trees, and they looked delicious. The location is perfect, right on the border of Tempe and Scottsdale, everything was so close! Our hostess Laura was lovely and answered all our questions promptly! Highly recommend!!

Thanksgiving family gathering
I would like to start by thanking Laura for sharing her beautiful home with my family for our Thanksgiving gathering. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed to accommodate 5 adults comfortably. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and easy access to the main highway. The patio is the perfect setting for morning coffee, and includes a built in fire pit for spending quality time together after the sun goes down. The kitchen is well equipped, enabling us to cook several meals throughout the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Laura was very responsive to any questions that we had.

First, the home is exactly what is presented in photos and write up; updated home, central location, comfortable beds, quite neighborhood, appointed with everything you need. Lovely & quiet
My husband and I had a great stay with our three chihuahuas. The house is in a lovely and convenient position really close to shops and attractions. We appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was and the really comfy king-sized bed in the master. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Phoenix area.

Quiet and very pleasant stay
Quiet neighborhood. Backyard, with privacy wall and nice landscaping - spineless cacti and citrus trees, is a great place to cookout and sit outside and enjoy warm Phoenix evenings. My wife loved the oversized tub in the master bedroom. Laura was accessible for questions and professional and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood!
Our stay was amazing! Laura was super responsive to anything we needed... which wasn't much because the home had everything! We stayed here with 6 adults and 1 child. Never did we feel cramped or uncomfortable! It is open and bright with lots of space. It is in a great location, just minutes from Old Town. I highly recommend this place and we will stay here again! Nice, clean, well stocked and dog friendly
We stayed here for a month (Feb to Early March) - Wife, myself and our 3 pugs. Pros: - The house was pet friendly: fenced in back yard and the neighborhood was good for walking the dogs. - Plenty of linens and towels - Included kitchen essentials: pots, pans, dinnerware, toaster oven, microwave. Bonus points for the Keurig which my wife loves. - Nice backyard / patio space for relaxing - Reliable internet - Short drive and /or Uber accessible to many places (although not really walkable to much) - Laura was super responsive to any requests Cons: - Only one small thing; slow upload speed. This probably won't impact 99.9% of folks - but if you are often uploading large files you will notice the slower speed.
