Newly built guest house in a safe quiet neighbourhood with your own private entrance . Comfortable king size bed, sofa , kitchenette and dining table with all essentials, including pots, pans, dishes, and utensils , small fridge with Nuwave Bravo Air Fryer Toaster Smart Oven, 12-in-1 . Complimentary coffee and coffeemaker provided .
Private bathroom fully stocked with towels, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap . In suite washer and dryer with ironing essentials , a/c and heating unit for your individual comfort. Free high-speed internet and standard cable. TV with all the apps available with your subscription . Automatic door lock system with code to be given at time of booking. Exterior security cameras monitoring the entrance . Motion light at entry door. Trash cans on east side of the house..Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Guest can park in the driveway in front of the studio and off street parking available as well . Please do not park or block paved parking area in the middle of the main house ( in the front ) . Owner occupies the property. Please no pets . We do not allow them into the rental so it can accommodate people with allergies.

Single-level home with no stairs for easy access. With my simple self check in process you can check in anytime after
3 PM. Need an early check-in? We're happy to accommodate when possible for a small additional fee just send a message to inquire! NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE: All guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or create inconvenience for neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. No parties . You agree to keep outside noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am and agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. Please do NOT smoke or vape of any kind in the rental and we ask that you respect our house rules. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refunds.
Often times we have guests checking in the same day as another guest checks out. In order to adequately sanitize, clean, and turn over the rental for the next guest, we ask that you please check out at the 11am checkout time we have in
place .
