Great weekend getaway
We stayed for a bachelorette trip and it was ideal. Very walkable to Old Town. We love lounging by the pool. The house was very cute and cozy.

Nice place and good location
Good location to walk to Old Town and other places nearby. Easy drive to local attractions. Owner very responsive and home easily fit our family if 4. Nice community pool to enjoy after hiking.

Very nice place in a terrific location. Blocks from all the action of Old Town Scottsdale, this place has the cozy comforts of home. The property manager was terrific to work with and very helpful.

The condo had a very nice kitchen and living room. The master shower was extremely small. The guest shower doors and faucet falling apart.

Christmas in Scottsdale
We loved the condo we rented! It was the perfect location, was so pretty inside, and the owner was extremely nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place
My mom and I came out here to look for new apartments for my upcoming move. We wanted a cozy quiet place that was within walking distance to old town and restaurants. This place is a lot bigger than it looks. Super clean with a great relaxing boho vibe. Low noise and close to it all! Communication was also great. Highly recommended esp at the price we paid for 2 nights. Would def stay here again!

Great rental
We rented this location when dropping my son off at ASU. Perfect location in Scottsdale as we gathered our school supplies locally as we are from out of state. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby a pretty local to all our needs. Apartment is clean and very nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We had a small issue with the washing machine which wouldn’t wash. It filled with water and and did nothing else. Owner was super responsive, saying she knew and was planning to fix though I wish I had known before I got there as it would have saved me the hassle of dragging wet bedding for college to the laundromat. However, the property is great and the owner was very quick to respond. Overall, we would rent again.

Great unit!
This condo was perfect for what I needed. I was in town visiting my daughter who attends ASU. This location was absolutely perfect! I walked to Sprouts and Starbucks in the morning. We were close enough to Old Town to walk and we also used scooters to get around when we were too tired (and hot) to walk. Marlissa was a wonderful host and always responded very quickly to my questions. Check in was super easy! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will definitely be keeping your info for future trips!

Nice townhome! Had plenty of space for everyone.
It was clean and the pool looked like a lot of fun but couldn’t get in. The gate had a chain and lock on it so it was closed. Why ? It was so clean the pool.

Bach Party to Remember!
We had the best time! Location was perfect for us, communication with host was easy, the property had everything we needed and was super cute n clean. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend this great little place!

Beautiful and comfortable home, great location!
This home is clean, decorated well and had everything we needed! We were a party of 5 and had plenty of space to spread out. The pool is beautiful and so relaxing. We were here for my daughter’s graduation and the location could not have been better! We were just a short drive from the college and In Walking distance to countless restaurants, shops. The hostess was great to work with and she thought of everything. We hope to stay here again soon!

Great location and great responsive host
This was perfect place for our party of 5. Convenient location and great space for gathering as well as places to take a private call. Pool was well maintained and neat....albeit not heated - but not unusual for AZ. Marlissa was so responsive as a host for all of our questions big and small and provided lots of conveniences in the property like coffee and detergent that was a nice touch.

Great place to stay!!
I have done quite a few rentals and this was one of my favorites. The house was really clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. The walkability is great. Amazing place!!!
Easy super friendly owner. Express check with code the until is well decorated and nicely kept. Easy parking right by patio. You can’t beat the location we walked to all the restaurants , bar and nightclubs. I rate this a 5 star experience.

Great location
This property allowed for a great weekend reunion with college friends celebrating a friend who was getting married. The location was excellent allowing us to walk many of the places we wanted to go! Great trip!

Amazing location and condo

This home was like a home away from home they had everything that I wanted in there anytime I needed
This property was a pleasant surprise when I went into the kitchen and open the refrigerator there was some cold drinks in there and I open the freezer there was even a couple of food packs and some ice cream when I need to do laundry there was Detergent. It just had everything that I needed I enjoyed staying at this property and I would stay here again
