Clean, bright, ample space, modern - great location
Everything was great about this place and it was well stocked with coffee and small amenities, including toiletries, that just made it a great stay. The bedding, though, was very uncomfortable. Beds squeaked pretty badly and pillows were flat, unsupportive. We loved the place but didn't get the best rest due to this.

What makes Grimaldi's Old Town Penthouse so unique is its location. It is right in the middle of old town. Unfortunately this means its a noisy environment. We have done a lot to sound proof the Penthouse but nothing is absolute. Its pretty quiet inside considering its location, but if you want absolute silence you will need to go somewhere more remote. If you did that though you would miss out on all the wonders of Old town and the party atmosphere of the community.

Beautiful apartment with great location
Christmas stay. On arrival 12-22, apartment not cleaned. Quick call to manager and it was made spotless in about an hour. The kitchen and furnishings and bathrooms are first class. Walking distance to fashion square and a billion restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a Old Town
Love this place so close to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Good layout with a large open kitchen. Verfy little road noise and definitely nothing from the restaurant. Do wish there was a patio tho sit outside and enjoy the good weather.

Wonderful Condo!
Upon arrival we found the accommodations to be exactly as depicted. The place was clean, very open and quite comfortable for my family of 4. It is conveniently located in Scottsdale and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Old Town ! Location good for restaurants and shopping.
Light and airy apartment. A couple of friends stopped by for a glass of wine and when they came in the door they were very impressed with it. “Wow” was what they said. Did not expect it to be so well appointed.

Wonderful Christmas Week at Parsons Villas
The villa was clean, stylish, roomy and very well equipped. It’s the perfect vacation spot for 2 couples or a family of four. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the dining table seats 8 comfortably. And as a bonus, the pizza downstairs is delicious. We will book this place again next time we are in Scottsdale.

Very Comfortable
The condo was perfect for two couples. It is close to everything in Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Several reviews have mentioned parking. The parking lot behind the condo is used by people at the pizza restaurant. It can get competitive at meal time. There are no limits posted on how long you can park, so a parking pass is not needed, although one is mentioned in the guest book in the condo. This adds to the confusion giving the impression that occupant have designated parking. The lot is open to anyone. My only suggestion that would improve the stay at the condo is a cart would be helpful to get things from your car to the unit.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the Parking Pass, once upon a time there used to be a requirement to have one, but that is no longer the case. We have updated the welcome book to remove that confusion.

The location is great but if you have a car be prepared to park down the street and walk to the location. They promised a parking pass but that is false advertising since it’s not for a specific parking spot

In the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale
Beautiful loft in Old Town Scottsdale that is actually better than the pictures. We loved the convenience of the location, and all the loft’s amenities, especially the comfortable beds and the beautiful master bath. Will definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO
I have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s and similar rentals and I think this one was the best! It was, by far, the best stocked as far as kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, etc... I could have left all of the necessities at home! Even exercise equipment which I didn’t use but loved that it was there!! Location could not have been better if you want the Scottsdale experience! Perfect, perfect, perfect!! Beautifully decorated

Great Location, Property, and Experience.
First, the most telling item of a review: our party would recommend this property to others and consider it for a future stay. Pros: Loft/apartment is very clean with new, modern mid to high-end finishes. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The unit was well equipped for our needs and while we didn't cook during our stay, it seemed the cooking essentials (likely more) were present. We didn't have a vehicle but the availability of off-street parking in the rear looked ideal for those that do have a vehicle. The downtown location was perfect for being on foot as quality food and shopping opportunities seem almost endless. The neighborhood felt very safe and walking safely at any hour didn't appear to be a problem. Everything from the communication to the check-in process with the caretakers went flawlessly. We didn't have a pressing need to contact a property manager over anything so things couldn't have gone much better. Cons: Our list of items that could use improvement is short and did very little to take away from a great experience but I do like the give the owners/operators detailed feedback and opportunity for improvement. Although we never had any concern about our safety, the front door is light duty as it feels more like an interior than exterior door. The keyed entry dead-bolt didn't have a metal strike (or dust box) so with that being the only locking point, it wouldn't take much to force an entry. Adding a strike, a dust box, and some long screws through the frame would be good but an additional interior (non-keyed) dead bolt would be better. The included renter's literature was helpful and mentioned low water pressure and sewer issues typical with old neighborhoods and probably doesn't have an easy fix. Low water pressure doesn't make it unusable but the higher flow shower heads struggle a little. To my knowledge the literature didn't address using TVs so without already knowing how to use Apple TV, there's a learning curve. I couldn't ever figure out how to get live local channels but maybe it's there somewhere. Cable TV mentioned in the listing must be AT&T Now streamed through Apple TV but, unfortunately, the internet speeds are were relatively slow. As a result, watching live sports was sometimes a challenge. Again, these are small issues and ones we didn't give them a chance to fix during our stay but wanted to provide feedback on. Finally, the cleaning fee over 5 days is exorbitant-double, triple, or more than many.

BEAUTIFUL property in a great location!
The property was as large as pictured - new and well-designed. Loved the location! Only issue was with parking pass. It is non-existent. Called immediately as told in binder - they didn’t have a record of our rental this the property we were standing in with the code they gave us. Parsons never managed to get it to us. Finally told us we didn’t need one because parking was free. It is, but there is a 3 hour limit. Obviously an issue they need to clarify.
