If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe machine.

Great location. Walk to the stores, restaurants, hiking, and even Saturday evening mass. A short drive to Woodstock for a concert at Colony. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Sauna was great. Fireplace was real nice. House was nice and warm on a cold January weekend. Hope to return soon.

Danielle was a wonderful host! She communicated clearly with us about an early check in and checked in once we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is adorable and so cozy. It was the perfect size for us, two people with one dog. Our pup enjoyed the space and the fenced in backyard. We adored the space, decor, sauna, fireplace, and the tub was to die for! I love a good tub. The town was quiet since we were there during a holiday week but it was great to walk around, check out the shops, and dine in town. We had everything we needed here and would absolutely recommend it!

The house is a charming 1920s style bungalow located in a great place to explore the hiking trails of the Catskills. The house is very clean. Bed is very comfy, and all of the necessities were provided. We especially appreciated the pet friendly aspect of it as we were able to bring our dogs with us on hikes. The fenced backyard was very helpful as well. We had a great relaxing time here.

The property was very clean and welcoming. We brought our dogs. I enjoyed the vintage decor and the artwork. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. Danielle our hostess was very kind and provided us with information on places to eat and activities in the area. This was our first experience at an air b&b. We would most definitely return here.

This amazing house right in the heart of Phoenicia couldn’t be any more perfect! It came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Had a fenced in yard for our pets. The owner was amazing. The house is a five minute walk to town. It was decorated so beautifully and it was so charming. It was absolutely perfect!

The location is perfect ! We could walk to almost anything. The house is very nice. We had an issue getting in with the smart lock so my suggestion is to take a screen shot of the Wifi password so you can get on that to call for help. Very little, if any cell service in Phoenicia. The house is very nicely stocked with anything you could need and wonderful linens. A little too many small decorations for us. We moved things so we wouldn't accidentally break anything. Could use a bit more lighting, a bit hard to read but very Zen. I would say overall we would stay there again.

Cute bungalow

Very quaint bungalow, feels like staying at grandma’s. Fun and quirky decor. I stayed here while my family was camping in Big Indian. We grabbed the bnb as a backup in case weather (or child) didn’t cooperate and were happy to have this as lovely home base. The sweet host reached out a couple of times to make sure all was well

Dog friendly great location

This lovely home is right in Phoenicia, walkable to Brio's, Bettina, and the market. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The bedroom closet was amazing--I've never in my life completely unpacked in a hotel or rental. But I did it here and it was perfect! Bathroom adorable. We didn't use the upstairs. AC is a giant unit up there--we didn't need it because the first floor was very easy to cool with the ceiling fans. We loved the porch in the morning and the backyard in the afternoon. The property manager was very responsive and the neighborhood is great for dog walks of any length and challenge. Our only minor quibble was that we felt there was an excess of furniture and decor in the living room and dining room that made them feel a bit dark and crowded. But that's mostly a matter of taste! We would definitely stay here again!

first visit to the Catskills!

The property was truly lovely and very completely outfitted. I was traveling with my mother and two nephews and unfortuntely we arrived during the dreadful heatwave that hit the northeast. The property was exactly as pictured and we had almost enough fans to cool the place down. The ceiling fans certainly helped but an ac unit on the first floor would have helped. No one could have known the heat would be this severe but a second ac unit would have helped. The het broke on day 3 of our four day stay so that helped. I loved the house -- exactly as pictured.

Lovely boho bungalow

Took a short weekend away with my partner and doggo. Danielle's bungalow was a perfect getaway for us. The place is comfortable with unique touches such as the sauna and the beautiful artwork throughout the house. The backyard was fully fenced, so my dog had a blast running around outside. Danielle was very easy to reach and promptly responded to my question about the sauna. I highly recommend as a place to unwind while having access to the restaurants and towns nearby.

Great location in Phoenicia

Our family had a lovely stay in Phoenicia at the "cozy bungalow." It was very pleasant to walk to town and the bungalow itself was indeed cozy. Enjoyed the sauna probably even more than expected after a long (cold, rainy) hike. Host provided excellent communication for any concerns.
