The pics are deceptive. The place is old and dirty. The drains are clogged and the bathroom floods until you specially ask them to remove the hair. They forgot to clean my room everyday despite me asking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great.

Et helvede.

Ankom efter 26 timers rejse og så var der ingen værelser til os og de havde ikke morgenmad.Måtte kontakte Hotels.com og efter 4 timer fik vi et værelse,og efter flere samtaler med dem kunne vi få morgenmad næste dag.Kl 8 stod vi og skulle havde morgenmad,men føj siger jeg bare et glas vand en skål ris og nudler med hund,vi var ved at kaste op så vi måtte finde et andet sted og betale selv i 2 dage,det er dog det værste vi har været udsat for.

Nice location, generally a good hotel.

We stayed at the Mekong Dragon Hotel for three nights. We had a spacious room which was very comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying and there were lots of options. The hotel is located within walking distance of lots of nice places for dinner. Too noisy until almost midnight. The room was relatively clean, however it looks a bit shabby and the bathroom needs refurbishment. Service was not available when we needed to call reception desk after midnight, however the following day the staff were very helpful. WiFi signal was excellent. We would not recommend booking bus tickets at the reception; they overcharge customers, nearly double the price.

Joli hôtel

Joli hôtel, la salle du petit dej est très belle et agréable, jolie piscine qui donne malheureusement sur la rue. Chambres très grandes et confortables, un petit peu défraîchies. Certaines chambres ont le balcon qui donne sur un mur, ce qui les rend très sombres ! Bon petit dej, personnel aimable. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier chic de Phnom-penh, les rues autour sont sûres et plus propres que les autres... moins authentiques aussi. Nous avions bénéficié d'une très bonne offre et d'une nuit gratuite, donc pour nous le rapport qualité prix était excellent.

Ich kann die guten Kommentare nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Der Poolbereich ist das Stiefkind des Hotels. Schmutzig ist der Bereich um den Pool als auch das Wasser. Öliger Film oben drauf. Zum verweilen ungeeignet. Im Zimmer sollte der Wasserkocher vielleicht in der Nähe einer Stromquelle stehen. So muss man durch das Zimmer gehen um eine Steckdose zu finden. Hat man das Wasser warmbekommen ist eine staubige Glastasse unbefriedigend. Leider fiel die Dusche in 3 Tagen 2 Mal aus. Eine Servicekraft konnte das beheben. Ich selber habe es nicht geschafft. Es scheint, dass das Problem bekannt ist, also sollte es behoben sein, bevor das Zimmer wieder vermietet wird. Der Balkon ist nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt worden. Wie am Pool liegen die verdorrten Blätter auf dem Boden und der Tisch ist dementsprechend schmutzig. Das Zimmer ist soweit sauber. Um ungestört schlafen zu können, sollte man wie in Hotels üblich, den Reinigungskräften Hinweise an die Tür hängen können, ob gereinigt werden kann, oder ungestört bleiben will. Sind die zu teuer ? Die Baustelle nebenan nervt. Dort werden momentan Stahlteile in den Boden getrieben. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, ist halt eben vorhanden, momentan im Januar 2019. Als Fazit kann man dem Management sagen: Es gibt viel zu tun, packen wirs an. Mein Fazit, es bessere Hotels in dieser nicht so billigen Preisklasse. Besonders wenn man das Hotel wegen eines Pools buchen will. Von ein Boutiquehotel

I really think that we were duped by this hotel. It was advertised on expiration as being much better than it was. However from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left we we were appalled by the experience. It is definitly not a four star hotel and shouldn’t be priced as such! When we came at 11:00pm the two men at reception were sleeping on the lobby chairs then they didn’t show us to our rooms or even carry our luggage ( things we would expect form a 4 star place). The rooms had cockroaches in them and were dusty. The air con took about 25 mins to really get going and so did the shower as well!! It was terribly frustrating as we had paid the same amount of money for our hotel in Siem Reap and we got such good quality service. The breakfast next day too was below standard. There was not much options for vegetarians and there was no good waiting service as well. And to top all that off when we were about to leave the staff at reception accused us of using the beer in the fridge which we hadn’t of course and this was very unpleasant when this happened. The best this hotel could do to to redeem this horrible experience that we had is to compensate us for the expenses made as it certainly doesn’t deserve the price I paid for it !

big room. The staff went to a lot of trouble to confirm a trip we had booked from Australia. our room was huge clean and comfortable. An averafge breakfast, that was more bad timing for us as a large group of kids raided it just before we got there good wifi

On the negative side apart from a few coat hangers there was absolutely no storage space for clothing at all, the fitness centre was a disappointment with equipment not working, breakfast was assumingly not included in most peoples price as on four mornings I only say one other person having breakfast (which makes for an eerie atmosphere) and the pool being situated adjacent to the restaurant is next to useless as no one is likely to use it. On the positive side the room itself was very nice - being spacious, comfortable and clean, the breakfast itself was of good quality - even if I was the only person eating it - the hotel is in a nice area, it is reasonably priced and all staff were extremely attentive, courteous and helpful, particularly considering the language barrier. Overall this is a reasonable hotel which with a few tweaks, particularly around storage space could be a very nice one.

A quiet little hotel in a quiet area just outside the hustle of the tourist district but still within easy walking distance. The indoor outdoor pool is refreshing after a day out. Many highly rated eating places in the very near vicinity, most within a very short stroll.

Excellent mid range hotel

Excellent mid range hotel. Very good included breakfast. Rooms large and well appointed and staff really friendly and helpful. The area is popular with expats so many good bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative is the pool is between the lobby and restaurant. So unless you are the body beautiful, a little daunting!

This is a great hotel with pool

We will go back again, we had a very pleasant stay. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and two coffee shops and a gaggle of fast food establishments. So, no matter your taste, there is something close by. The restaurant in the hotel gives you a 15% discount if you are staying at the hotel and there is no charge for room service. The food was better than average. The staff was friendly and helpful (but we did not need their assistance very much). The WiFi is very good everywhere you go in the hotel. Bottom line, this is a nice place to stay if you're not looking for the cheapest hotel in PP. I felt the room rate was fair. That said, I'll add a few criticisms. The breakfast buffet is very good but gets redundant if your stay is more than a day or two. The elevator is painfully slow. The bathtub in our room was a tad short for Westerners. That pretty much covers all the negatives that come to mind.
