The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). The location is convenient, just a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from the center. The bed is quite firm, and the shower could be improved, as water pressure and temperature regulation are not always consistent. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks."
