"Despite the making of a beautiful house the cleanliness and need of maintenance left me feeling very disappointed. This was meant to be a family get away to relax but sadly the following prevented this:The online photos failed to show significant cracks in the dining area.The outside decking is dated and in need of replacing, panels are loose and screws were found scattered across the floor.The back gate did not close and was constantly opening in the wind.The hot tub took an age to heat up, and...

"Great property, kids loved it. Only negative is not adequate heating/cooling, bedrooms had none and it was freezing, and couldn’t use portable heaters due to small children (they get very hot to touch)."

The beds were comfortableand there was enough space and plenty of toys and games to entertain the children. They did have fun with the karaoke machine. The location suited us well as you can easily walk down to the beach in 5-10 minutes and it is close to the cafes and restaurants."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. But easier to prevent the little one falling down them. The view was amazing and we even got to see the whales from upstairs. And having lorikeets visit...

"Place was great and would stay here again. Didn't realise it didn't have a dishwasher though lol. Place was freezing when we arrived so crancked the split system up and needed oil heaters in bedrooms which sorted the chill out. Will stay here again for sure."
