I would stay away from this place. It all started at check in. We were given directions on how to check in. When we arrived after driving 9 hours we couldn’t get into the Vrbo. The Butterfly electronic key pad wasn’t working so we couldn’t get into the place. Host instructed us to use the back stairwell and to retrieve the key. No direction was given on where the key was and what back door was ours. We finally got into the Vrbo after over an hour.I was charged an extra 50 for “just in case” damages. When we finally got in the apartment there were multiple items already broken. Closet door, cabinet knobs, bathroom sink handle, towel rack in the bathroom, and the elevator constantly broke down. Pictures of the damage upon arrival were sent to the host.No description that the elevator stays broken throughout the whole stay and you have to use a sketchy back stairwell to come to and from the Vrbo.Instructions say no smoking but the bathroom stayed smelling like cigarette smoke.Overall I love Philly and will be back. Just don’t stay here. Bad experience and I would not recommend.
