This is not a fair review. The truth is that this was a last minute booking. I was able to provide the check in details, but the guest was not satisfied with the time it took to make contact with me and decided not to stay. The details for check in is provided automatically the instant you book the unit and this guest did not check their email for those details so they were unaware of the self check in details. It’s unfortunate because their room was ready and just awaiting them.

Im surprised by this review because I did not receive any calls from this guest who booked a one night stay. I communicated with him up until his check in via text so he had my information but never made a complaint to me. There are two units in the home, and I guess if you’re sitting in complete silence you may hear a neighbor. The location is very safe and conveniently located. I’m disappointed to hear that this guest had such a bad experience but I do accept that we may not be able to please every single guest, but we do try our very best.

The neighborhood is safe. It’s in the inner city, but the neighbors keep to themselves and won’t bother you. They actually take pride in their neighborhood.

My staff takes a lot of pride and attention with decor and comfort. We have been getting mixed reviews and have made changes where needed, but the photos are accurate and the accommodations are safe and cozy so please come and stay in our “gem” for yourself. This home is in the heart of south philly with some of the most wonderful Philly charm you’ll find throughout the city! This in idea the wonderful neighbors and landscape to be offered in the great city of Philadelphia.

Disappointed in this terminology of this inner city studio unit as “ghetto”. I think that says a lot about the guest and their predisposition. Not sure why they would choose a unit for their stay that is smack in the middle of South Philly when it appears their preference would have been suburbs of Philadelphia.

I’m surprised to hear such unusual feedback after having such positive experience with my other guests. This guest was somewhat mysterious from the beginning and throughout his stay. He complained about being cold, and I instructed him to turn the heat on using our PTAC system in the unit. He asked for information previously disclosed and provided, and for some reason when he left He complained about checking out early with no place to go. We strive for our guest’s comfort during their stay, and the neighborhood has been safe and secure. Feeling unsafe does not translate into being unsafe. The neighborhood hosts other short term rental guests and is close to most attractions, restaurants, cafes, grocery store, stadiums, and public transportation. It is an ideal location for a reasonable price.

I’m unclear as to why this one night stay was referred to as terrible. There was no communication as to any issues upon check in. I’m sorry there was no specific feedback for a more detailed response.
