Chambre très calme Le personnel a l’accueil pas souriant. Heureusement les dames du petit déjeuner étaient souriantes et très agréables. Petit déjeuner ok. Les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas dans la chambre.

Property was very enjoyable to stay in. My only hesitation is that the rooms don't feel private enough because of the room doors having large gaps on the bottom.

Not only was the room moldy and dilapidated with rotten walls around the air unit… You then had to pay an additional fee to park after you already paid an unacceptable amount for the hotel in the condition it’s in. Not to mention the horrid smell in the hallways.

Apparently there are rail road tracks right next to the hotel and they blare their horn every time they go by and it’s quite often. I also didn’t realize that the bathroom in the 1 bedroom suite is in the bedroom, so everyone has to come through the bedroom to go to the bathroom.

The tub drain was broken off and the toaster wouldnt stay down other than that I loved the room and luckily it was near the elevators The staff was very friendly

Upon checkin we couldn’t locate any staff. Once we did get checked in, we couldn’t get any blankets for our pull out couch. We also couldn’t get any creamer for our coffee or tea. Our room was supposed to have a bathtub shower combo. for the kids, we only had a shower. On our second evening we ran out of toilet paper and towels. We called to the desk three times, never replenished. We went and grabbed toilet paper and towels from the pool area. Around bedtime, our neighbors started smoking marijuana, and we went to the desk to see if the hotel would get the natter cleared up. Our room filled with smoke. The woman at reception checked us out of our room and gave us key cards to a new room on the other side of the hotel. We declined, as it was 11pm and the kids were sleeping. She told us to move or go home. It took us 90 minutes to pack and move, but at least we had toilet paper. Hotel said they would call expedia and get back to us with a partial refund, but they never did.

I love how secluded and laid back the property was....also i took my wife and daughter to the waterfront behind the property to skip rocks...such a really nice time highly recommend!!

The night shift person who checked was just ok.!we are Marriott Members and have always found everyone pleasant. This particular young lady barely lifted her head up as we walked up to the check in desk. She never smiled, explained things in a very flat tone and was not engaging at all.

A wonderfully homey stay
Loved the apartment feel of this place for my stay. It is amazing that it is fully furnished and stocked with cutlery, plates, microwave...all the necessities to stay long-term in comfort and without spending an arm and a leg on eating on every day. Complimentary breakfast is simple but includes the staples to start off your day right.

This one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Just a weekend getaway with my two sons. We got the one bedroom suite. Very clean and lots of room. Very affordable. I'm guessing because it's off season but very nice. My only complaint is when we went to the pool and hot tub, there were just way too many people, we had to turn around and go back to our rooms. I understand it's a Saturday night and swim at your own risk but there should be a maximum number of people at a time. So we never got to experience neither which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel. I had a long week and needed that hot tub. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Overall good but a little disappointing.
We chose this place over others because it had a bar. However the bar does not open till Jan 8. The shower had one of the bottles broken off the wall. The fridge door was missing a handle. The pool water was cloudy and you couldn’t see 6 inches in front of you. The staff was very friendly. The building and parking set up were nice. The breakfast had a nice variety.

Not bad
The stay was great and everyone enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The only compliant I have is that our reservation was for a queen bed but the room only had a double bed.

Very nice hotel but already rundown, hard to find people that worked there. Room was nice and comfortable but a lot of little things - big crack in the sink, closet door broken, trim missing, stains on the walls, etc. no sheets or blankets for the pull out, hard to find anyone to get them.

Short and Sweet Stay
My 1 night stay was good. Although my husband and I arrived pretty late, we still manged to get some good rest, delicious free breakfast and nice customer service. We will be back.

Towel bars were broken. Asked for housekeeping 2 days and never received it. Beds were not very comfortable and there is a train at all hours that is noisy.

We were three adults and a baby, so the layout of the suite was good; two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a living area and kitchen in between. The front desk personnel were very nice, but the entire hotel seemed to be tired and in need of a facelift. The carpet didn't seem to be very clean and the sink in one of the bathrooms drained very slowly. Overall, the hotel needs a makeover. We won't stay there again.
