The apartment is in a great neighborhood and very walkable. It’s a nice layout with two bedrooms well separated from each other. For one night it was fine but I think future guests need to know more about the situation. It’s located above a Japanese restaurant with two flights of stairs up. There’s a bar upstairs which was really noisy, past 2AM and was a real inconvenience especially given the signage and messaging around quiet hours. The hallway could use a real cleaning it was very dirty with spills and the restaurant left bags of trash in the entryway on Sunday morning which made getting in and out challenging. The apartment had a stinky smell to it and the couch was extremely uncomfortable. The beds and towels were clean. The bathroom could use better cleaning, there was other peoples hair on the floor and no hooks for towels. Lastly, the doorknob of the bedroom to the right in the apartment needs to be fixed as it’s easy to get locked in the room. No free parking nearby but 2-3 hour meter spots within a 5-10 min walk.
