I liked the beds. Hilton beds are always the most comfortable. The darkening blinds work very well! The rooms are not soundproof. I heard a bounding noise from a person with fast-moving footsteps in the room above me, for a long period of time. It did not create a relaxing experience.

When arriving you see the clean and modern lobby. There is coffee and tea available around the clock. Our room was comfortable and very clean. My children enjoyed the indoor pool. There were towels waiting for them and chairs for me to watch them safely.

Not so clean
Service and location were good. Cleanliness was terrible. There was food left on the floor underneath the bed. The one wash cloth was disturbingly dirty with a very strange odor.

Very nice hotel
This hotel was very clean and modern. The room is nicely appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only concern was the person at the front desk the night that we checked in. He was very lackadaisical when I requested non-allergenic pillows. He said well why don’t you use the cushions off of the sofa in the lobby? It was actually the desk and housekeeping, that went and found me the pillows that I needed. Thanks to them for their service recovery.

Highly recommend
My husband and I took a little overnight getaway to enjoy the cute little towns in PA at Christmas time. Happy I chose this hotel. It was extremely clean, has a welcoming staff and bed was comfy.

Liked this hotel, only thing to note to other customers would be your indoor pool is not heated. And though the walls seem to keep your neighbors noise down, the door to the hallway does not. So at 1am I kept waking up to people talking loudly and laughing. Otherwise it a very clean hotel, would return again

Very clean, would highly recommend. The room were great and so was the staff. We had a problem with the tv and the manager on duty fixed the problem for us because the guys who normally take care of it were off!! Great service. I wish I could remember her name.

The room was clean and quiet. The only issue was parking. There is extremely limited parking. One row in front of the hotel and a small row on the side. There is a Holiday Inn behind this property that appears to have very limited parking as well.

When we tried to check in at about 11pm, we were informed there was no room available. We called the hotel at about 6:00 to let them know we were attending a wedding and would be late, so we were disappointed that our room was gone. Fortunately, the manager called the Holiday Inn Express and we got a room there. It was steps away, but we were tired and the weather was bad so we weren't thrilled with the extra step.

i didn’t like your new computer system.. inconvenient trying to hook an extra room. was double billed, but i got it resolved after a few calls and promises for a return call.. mngr mike explained error was via hotels.com and not your hotel. however mike helped me with steps the process takes and even googled a phone # for me. i would stay here again and recommend your location.
