Muy buena ubicación
El hotel muy bien ubicado, en un punto de la ciudad en el que pudimos caminar a todos los lugares que queríamos ir. Cómodo, buena atención pero me parece que falta cuidar algunos detalles. En mi habitación había un sofá cama y la tela estaba con manchas de suciedad de mucho tiempo que se nota no se ha lavado en meses. Me parece muy importante cuidar esos detalles

Me gustó la ubicación. No me gustó lo descuidado del hotel. En especial el lobby donde encontramos a un ratón negro revoloteando por todo el lobby. No fuimos los únicos en verlo. Es primera vez en mi vida que yo veo un roedor dentro de una instalación. Raro y sucio a la vez!

Situación inmejorable
La situación del hotel es inmejorable , en el mismo centro , delante del Reading Terminal Market y caminando se llega a la mayoría de lugares de interés. Las habitaciones muy correctas , el desayuno mejorable.

It’s rubbed down and dirty. I found a bug in my bed the first night, the floor smelled like smoke and the trash in the floor was not being picked up. I communicated this and was changed to another room but unfortunately the other room had small cockroaches… it says breakfast was included but it was very very dirty. In general the hotel is dirty.

Buen hotel
Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Esta muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy completo. Algunos de los artefactos en la habitación no funcionaban y no había bebidas calientes 24 horas como anunciaron en recepción.

El hotel como la room estuvieron súper buenas. Los precios increíbles. La limpieza como el personal estuvieron bien en todo. Tuve una experiencia increíble en los hoteles que estuve.

MALO
La estadía no fue placentera. La habitación estaba sucia, con el mobiliario manchado, y el acolchado de la cama también con manchas. Nos cambiaron de habitación dado q solicitamos reintegro pata irnos a otro hotel. No obstante pedir la limpieza de la habitación todos los días, había q insistir cada día para q cambien toallas, porque no limpiaban. El desayuno malo. La última noche personal del hotel ingresó sin previo aviso a la habitación mientras mi marido estaba en el baño y yo durmiendo. Nos asustamos un montón. NO lo recomiendo para nada. NO volvería a elegirlo.

Esta bien
Hotel con amplias habitaciones equipadas con frigorífico, microondas y lavavajillas. Baño moderno. Hotel situado a unos 3 minutos andando de una estación de autobuses, lo que es cómodo si como nosotros llegas a Philadelphia en bus. A pocos minutos andando del Ayuntamiento y de paradas de metro y trolleys. El desayuno justito pero en la línea del resto de hoteles en los que hemos estado en USA.

Didnt like that i felt unsafe approaching the hotel. Upon entering there was a large crowd in the lobby making a lot of noise and drinking alcohol. Room had hair on the bed sheets room had a little sent. Loud noise throught the night from out on the street and within the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Didn't like that the parking was not included in the pricehad to pay extra 60per day was not told until i got to the hotel looking for the parking.

Close to everything, an amazing market across the street with so much variety. We didn't take advantage as much as we should have until the last few days and we realized how amazing it was. Convenient to public transportation as well. Staff was amazing!!

Bathroom was dirty, pee on toilet seat when arrived at room. Other peoples hair found in bed sheets. Pool was out of order when kids were ready to use it. Homeless people and yelling people all around the outside area.

The location is convenience, but very noisy. We heard people play loud music in the middle of night from the 9th floor room. The area is good during daytime, but not at night. Alleyways are very dirty and sketchy.

Very convenient to Philadelphia Convention Center, which was great. Room was not ready until about 5 hours after our 1 pm arrival, which was not great. Room was nice.

Beautiful inside. I didn’t understand why a specific point was made that the check in address is different than the hotel. When we pulled up to the check in address, it was the front of the hotel. Area was sketchy at night.

We love this property and return often. However this last stay there was a broken lamp that was semi fixed with electrical tape, not very safe. There was no soap in the shower pump and only one bar of soap at the sink. The mattress was terrible and very uncomfortable and very noisy. But as I said we love this hotel and will be back we just hope those things are rectified.

Stayed for the weekend with my 9 month old son and husband. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The parking lot next door is super convenient and the area is awesome. We got out and walked and had a great time seeing the sights. The Reading market across the street was everything!!
