It was my first time staying in Philadelphia. It's an older property but was still a nice stay. The check-in process was easy and the front desk representative was friendly. The room was large and had what I needed. Would definitely return when back in town.

No water, cold night.
The water were not workings, and I needed water to take a shower, cause I have been working all day and to shower so I could go to the casino to a concert, but didn't happen Water running down stairs.

I traveled four hours to this property to attend a concert and arrived to check in after I booked ahead of time to be told there was no running water but it was going to be fixed immediately I could not get a refund and when I checked out the next morning the hotel was still without water and the people in the office did not care

The entire outside of the building and walkways was dirty and cluttered with construction materials. The Wi-Fi was weak and continuously froze up. There was so little water pressure that the shower couldn’t work. What little hot water came out of the faucet was tepid at best. At 4:30 am 5 police cars showed up and they pounded on a door for a while. Then there was about 15 people wandering around and talking to the police until 7:00 am or so. The room itself was ok. Naturally the breakfast was weak and the coffee machine made awful coffee. This was the worst Econo Lodge I’ve been to, by far.

The place gave us a key but the door wasn’t even locked. Because it doesn’t lock at all. Holes in the walls and the cracked tile in the bathroom. Homeless people sleeping on the steps.

It was overall a good stay other than the tub that NEVER stopped running. It was so annoying to hear water running all night long. Not a lot but definitely enough to hear. The front desk lady was super nice and inviting. I would definitely stay again but not that room unless they fix the tub

I WAS BITTEN BY BED BUGS AND WHEN REPORTED IT TO OFFICE STAFF SHE WAS NONCHALANT AND UNCONCERNED. TUB WASN'T CLEAN, 1ST AND LAST TIME STAYING THERE

Upon arrival, I was met with a very unhelpful front desk. Clerk, I drove around the room, and I noticed several individuals running out of multiple rooms on the property. There were several vehicles, pulling up and stopping in different people were coming out of multiple rooms, handing something to drivers and then they were driving off. The room reeked of marijuana. There was crushed up white powder on the nightstands. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. There were broken pieces of furniture. Burn marks on the nightstands. This was the most disgusting place I had ever seen. This was also the most unsafe place I’ve ever been to.

The owner greeted and handled our check-in. He was so helpful, telling us about the casinos and other activities in the area even though he'd only been there a short time himself. Our room was clean and comfortable. The owner was very attentive to our needs. We will be staying there next visit.

Need’s improvement
Breakfast was minimal room was in need of repair. Tub and safety bar needs to be cleaned and recaulked it had some black mold. Not enough electric plugs by the bed and tv had distorted picture.

We went to this property to check in but declined there was roaches crawling around in the room and people out on the balcony smoking pot so we left and found another hotel to stay at.

This property is nothing like the pictures. There is a pool in the picture but no pool there. I feel like they used pics from a different Econo Lodge for some of them. The furniture in the lobby and room was badly stained. The toilet and tub were gross. We asked for a different room initially but then a refund as there was a room at the casino albeit more than 2 times the price. The new owner who had purchased three days prior concurred with condition and offered room at his hotel next door. We went there. It was much better but not superb…The staff next door and owner were super nice.

Nice Overnight Stay
Location was good, a lot of construction workers staying there but noise was not an issue. The air conditioning was ice cold but the channel selection on TV was not so great.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Service to check in could have used a smile and a friendlier attitude. The biggest thing was the outside property looked like it had its fair share of less than ethical activities. I would not have felt safe leaving my family at this establishment to go play golf.

Property had flies and lights did not work in the bathroom. They refused to refund my money terrible. Stay would never recommend this place is terrible. The lady told me flies were normal in the south, which is not true. I’ve lived here all my life.

The check-in was hassle free and the staff were fantastic especially the cleaning crew. The one down side was my shower had stains in it but it was from the age of the shower not from uncleanliness. But other than that it was a really good place to stay.

It wasn't what I expected and the breakfast was very limited. I have stayed at several hotels their stay was bad, but that had some awesome breakfast. I loved that so I always will go to the same hotel even if the stay was horrible.

The first thing i noticed was the pool has been filled in, but there's no updated photos so you think it's an amenity you'll have. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with the smell of stale cigarettes. There was a white stain on the bed skirt, so i went and got a new one. The shower rod was barely hanging on and there was a creek in the shower wall as well as tile coming off the wall near the bathroom door. Do not recommend.

Hotel was in poor condition. The parking lot has not been maintained in years and looked like it belonged to an abandoned building with weeds and grass growing throughout. The staff were friendly but that was the only good thing I can say about my visit. The room we were booked in smelled horrible like mildewed carpet, so strong that it took your breath at first walking in the door.I woke with a horrible headache after the night. the pictures show one but therer is NO POOL. The only reason I stayed here was it was literally the only room available within an hour drive of the area due to a concert. Even the website showed no vacancies. I was able to book this through a 3rd party site so I was apprehensive about even getting a room at all. I changed to another location for the remainder of my trip and will never stay at this location again!

The staff cancelled my reservation because I had a cheaper rate then what they were charging for the holiday weekend. They were making up rates as they went . Example lady in front of us paid $92 man in front of us paid $130 and my total came out to be $225 for two rooms 1 night. When I went thru Expedia I had the 2 rooms for 2 nights for $385. My trip was cut short the over sold rooms and had to turn people away. They only had the room for a night. The room was safety lock fell off it was not screwed in the door. The lights in the bathroom didn't work. Burn holes in the cover and sheets.

Sheets and blankets had huge stains on them. The cover sheet had big burn holes in them. The clothes rack was falling from the wall and other holes in the walls. Telephone in the room was not working to call front desk. Horrible smell in the front desk area.
