The Graduate Hospital neighborhood a Philadelphia is a well gentrified area in the center of the city. The neighborhood offers many shops and conveniences as well as easy access to adjacent neighborhoods such as Rittenhouse Square, Fitler Square, and the many Theatre and arts venues of Broad Street. Additionally, easy access is found to the major concert and sporting facilities in South Philadelphia via the nearby Broad Street subway line.
