Cozy, beautiful and great location

This great apartment is perfect for one or two people. Clean. Excellent location. The team was easy to communicate with and responsive. There is a great restaurant and ice cream shop just below- so there is some noise in the evenings on the weekend, but I expect that in a city.

Nice location-Noisy Neighbors

I regularly use VRBO and have had good experiences but our stay here was disappointing. Thursday, Friday & Saturday night. We were in unit 2R, second floor and the downstairs neighbors had parties each night with loud music and a steady thumping beat late into the night. So disruptive that we actually left a day early.

Great Experience

The space was perfect for the three of us, and the host provided an air mattress. They were also amazing about adjusting the length of my stay when I had a change of plans. It was only a 15 minute walk to the convention center, with lots of bars and restaurants along the way.

Clean, beautiful getaway in perfect Center City location

This trip could not have gone more smoothly, thanks in great part to the beauty of the apt. (including a sitting area outside), the location, and the excellent and swift communication with the property managers. We will definitely return.

Beautifully remodeled one bedroom apartment with lovely rooftop lounging area. Second floor walk up. Great location near Rittenhouse Square. Perfect for two! Even the weather was perfect for our long weekend getaway!

Marvelous Location and Large Outdoor Private Space

This central location in right in the city of Philadelphia is perfect for walking and public transportation. The management is available and responsive. I will stay here again and again. Havin a quiet, outdoor space where you are in the trees is a wonderful surprise with this domicile. There are grocery stores nearby and everything you need to cook is present in the apartment. Excellent neighborhood with lots of restaurants, as well.

Cozy space in the heart of rittenhouse square

Easy walk to Rittenhouse square, very safe neighborhood and responsive hosts. We felt very safe and walked to museums and sites and even China town from this spot. AC works great and the checkin was easy and smooth. The layout had a couple of quirks: bedside table and access out of the bed is on one side of the bed only. The “inside” person most crawl over. The shower should be occupied before turning on the water or you will soak the room. There are upstairs neighbors who stay up late and work early, not noisy, but you can hear them walk on the floors above (we travel with white noise which came in handy). Overall we loved being in the city center, quirks are very common for inner city living. Loved it.

Fantastic!

Wonderful, home away from home. The apartment was very clean, quiet and in a safe location. Close to shops and restaurant. We enjoyed eating breakfast from the balcony. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was better than staying in a hotel and we will definitely be back again!
