Personal super atento y amable. Habitaciones pequeñas, pero bien diseñadas para aprovechar el espacio. En comparación con otros hoteles de la zona, es mucho mejor relación calidad/precio.

Es un hotel pequeño, antiguo pero bien cuidado. El personal es muy amable. Está bien ubicado, en una zona segura y con buenos restaurantes cerca. Ofrece un sencillo desayuno complementario lo que facilita aun más la estancia.

DECEPCIONANTE
Les escribí con tiempo sobre una alergia alimentaria para que, dentro de sus posibilidades, dispusieran de alternativa al desayuno. Me contestaron que así lo harían. Cuando llegué, nadie sabía nada al respecto y no pude desayunar ya que, confiando en disponer de algo, no llevé nada en mi equipaje.

I can honestly say I will NEVER stay here again! I love Philadelphia and have stayed at several outstanding hotels before and know parking is an issue BUT having to park 3 blocks away no way. Besides our room was so small, no room for a chair or desk. Very depressing colors, smells and overall not comfortable. We tried to find things to keep us busy so we wouldn’t have to go back until we were so tired we could just fall asleep as soon as possible. If I could I would have moved to another hotel, but this place was already expensive and financially not a good idea to move, so we just dealt with it. We stayed 2 very long days

The best recommendation is that we plan to stay there again when we return to Philly. Kudos to all the staff. The fresh croissants and afternoon free social hour were unique and especially memorable.

An older, non-corporate hotel in a great location. Liked the breakfast and happy hour area. The property condition is getting a bit tired (such as the bathrooms) but the old tile work and other decor makes up for that with charm. The breakfast is adequate with cereals, fruit, HB eggs, yogurt, breads, and coffee. Suggested parking is in a garage about 3 blocks away. Philly is such a nice place to visit!

We really enjoyed the boutique atmosphere of the hotel - the staff seemed to take extra care to make us feel welcome. Loved the coffee that was always available downstairs and the nightly happy hours. Our room was always clean when we came back in the afternoon!

This was our first stay. I did not give 5 stars to the property but the staff and location is great. The property has been very well kept and is a fine place to stay and we will be there again.

It’s- nice quaint and quiet. Free cocktail hour with hors doeves and wine and beer. Free breakfast. I was allowed to check in super early which was helpful. Very helpful. Not a place for kids … more adult themed. The tv and remote control were soooo dated. All in all it was fine for the price. Clean. Just dated. The staff were very awesome and helpful.

Historic property that could use a little more upkeep but was very safe and clean with friendly staff and terrific location. We could walk to most attractions, both cultural (Philadelphia Orchestra) and historic (Liberty Bell, etc.). Terrific restaurants very close by. Highly recommend for location and price.

Check in was made very difficult. The room I booked and paid for, I couldn't open the door. Was made to feel like I was in the wrong and ended up in a room that was not the same in price or space. No price accommodation was offered. I to;d the clerk I was tired from traveling and was told, "you don't look tired, you look angry".
