It's an older hotel, so things like insulation are not as good - means you can hear doors close and conversations through walls. The room itself STUNK like some sort of air freshener - whatever they're using is awful. We had to leave the door open and let it air out for awhile before we could stand being in it.
The front desk person was GREAT - really easy check-in, very helpful with room location for easy access for in/out with dogs. Area around the hotel didn't have any good place to walk dogs, and I didn't see a pet waste disposal station.
Overall, a decent, affordable, pet-friendly property close to downtown Columbus.
