The view of the lake and fall tree colors were just gorgeous. The house is spacious, kitchen fully equipped and easy to work in. We l loved the area and we recommend this property. The only issue was the front load washer. We had to run the clean cycle becuase it smelled. We have a front loader and routine cleaning is a must.

This place was so perfect! It was so spacious. There were 11 of us. 4 families. We had so much space to sit down and eat together. We grilled alot. Not only did they have a spare propane tank, but wood to have a bon fire too. They had everything we needed. And the view! What a beautiful view of the lake. We loved having coffee on the deck and in the sun room.

Phelps house

Beautiful house. Great views! Has all the amenities you could ask for. I should note the path down to the lake is quite steep and not for the faint of heart however you can drive a vehicle down it if need be.

Family vacation

Beautiful home, although not baby proofed for 2 toddlers. A lot of breakable home decor that we had to move to keep the kids from getting hurt. Loved the remote location. Dock that guests can use is in very shallow water, had a difficult time with our boat. No power at the dock either so had to pull the boat each day to power up the trolling motor. Luckily the public boat ramp is very close by.

Northwoods fishing vacation

The location of this property on Lac Vieux Desert offers amazing views and good fishing. The owners have generously made this house a home by decorating and providing comforts of home plus fully stocked kitchenware. Our only issue with Vacasa, which was big, is that the home was not cleaned when we arrived. The cleaning crew did not arrive until after the 4:00 pm check in. The home is in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning that seems to have been overlooked. Broken screen doors, cobwebs, carpet cleaning, and garage door opener not working. The basement bed needs a new Queen mattress as it sinks in. It is a great home, and would give it 5 stars if these issues were addressed.

Spring Break

This was a last minute spring break getaway. The house was roomy and had all the amenities we needed. The location of the home is great with its view of the lake it was frozen and snow/ice covered during our visit , nonetheless view was great.

We had a very nice time in this beautiful rental. Everything needed was there except a beach was mentioned and did not find this for the kids. Enjoyed kayaking and wave runners which we rented from Eagle River which was also an easy ride for shopping and things to do. Recommend this rental and hoping to return.

Lake home family vaca

We had a wonderful time- the house is great- clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The outside of the property is beautiful- awesome views of the lake, bald Eagles, fire pit and very nice deck furniture. We had a wonderful time- my husband and I, 3 adult sons, 1 girlfriend and our dog.

Memories made :)

The cabin was great for our family and friends. The view of the lake was amazing!! Enjoyed the lake by relaxing at the sand bar, cruising to enjoy the sunsets, and the boys did great fishing!! This was our 2nd time here and we will be back next year!!

ice fishing at it's finest

Very nice place! The house sits on top of a big hill. The view of the lake is breathtaking! The bed was comfortable, and the fishing was incredible. The fireplaces really warmed us up after long days outside. Thanks for the memories!

Good and bad

Location very nice, private and quiet. Our dishwasher worked on and off, tried to call Vasca cell service pretty bad. Fridge and dishwasher dated. Cushions for outside chairs etc all put away we had to haul out set up then put away. Manager scheduled phone installation while we were there.bit of an inconvenience. Couple mattresses uncomfortable. Not much to choose from for TV. Let Vasca know all this and never heard a word back!!! That being said the family wants to give them another shot, there is space and lovely views .
