Wonderful home

Nice quiet family get away

It was the first time in years we've taken a family vacation. The kids are older now, so we had their significant others also join us later in the week, so it was nice to spend time with them and have no plans, unless we wanted them. The property was perfect. Cheryl was the perfect host; supplying everything in the house that we needed and having equipment on the property to use so we didn't have to go elsewhere if we didn't want to. My husband and I had our coffee every morning out in the chairs on the property or out on the pier. It was perfect. Unfortunately, it was a little cool for swimming which we were looking to do, but we had enough other things to do. We would definitely like to do it again and stay here. I highly recommend this property. Thanks, Cheryl for a great first VRBO experience.

Northwoods Enjoyment

The kids had a great time fishing and swimming during the day and a campfire at night. The sounds of the frogs lulled us to sleep. It was a beautiful getaway that we all needed.

Lovely, Quiet Lake Home

This is a wonderful property. The house is well appointed with 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Lots of activities provided, kayaking, fishing off your own pier, bikes, outdoor games. The host communicates quickly and responds to any questions. I would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at this location. Very clean, comfortable house. An easy shorter walk to the dock to enjoy the lake. We caught many fish right from dock and had a blast! We definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Winter getaway

Our family of 5 had a great time at the cabin. We spent the day skiing and came back to a warm cozy cabin with plenty of toys and movies for the kids. A great time to reconnect as a family.

Girls weekend

Very beautiful house and location. Cheryl was so helpful when we had questions. Not far to drive for things to do ,although relaxing in the north woods with a beautiful lake view is really enough! Hope to be back again.

family vacation

we fished, shopped in eagle river/land o lakes the shorefront isnt very swimmable (bottom is weedy) - there are areas in the lake that are better suited to swim. if you want to bike will need to take bikes to trail or ride along busy road for a bit would definitely come back as for us it was a fishing trip and this is a good fishing lake, and has good fishing from the dock if you dont have access to a boat

Complete Relaxation

Cheryl was extremely helpful and is an excellent communicator! She answered all of our questions quickly and it helped us prepare for our stay. The home was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The beds are all very comfortable! The lake is so clear and refreshing! We enjoyed floating and swimming everyday! We rented a boat from Bubba’s and enjoyed cruising around the lake. It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay! Great way to recharge before the new school year begins.

Great Place to stay!

This place was just what we needed. We like to take a few days each winter to just get away as a family. Do puzzles, watch movies, and reconnect by the fireplace. The home was well appointed with everything we needed and then some. Clean house and great host - checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We'll be back! Thank you!
