Our Autumnal holiday by the sea.

We had an amazing holiday in a fab house on the beach in Pevensey. Our grand children loved it too! Great for walks , swimming in the sea , the hot tub was great fun. The location was great for trips further afield too! We loved the pubs and food and added another memorable holiday of family autumn breaks.

Great weekend by the beach

We stayed at the beach house for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The location right on the beach is amazing. It was great to be able to sit outside and watch the sea, and some of our party enjoyed a swim too! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment so we could cook breakfast and we had a take away one night. The goodies left for us were appreciated. The house is very comfortable and there was room for all of us (6 adults, 2 children and a dog). We had a great stay!

Brilliant house on the right on the beach - 5th booking

Weve stayed at the beach house 4 times as 3 generations of family and a couple of nights for just the 2 of us, whchj ought to say it all. Perfect for location as the children have easy acess and convenient for local shops, supermarkets and entertainment. Well equipped and spacious enough to cope with the 8 of us. Jane is good host and easy to contact The Massilia bay restaurant just along the beach is also oustanding if you want to eat out. Overall a highly recommended holiday venue in or out of season.

Perfect Pevensey

Our stay at the Beach House was perfect……from the location to all the little extras and finer details to make it feel like home from home. We were a party of 9 celebrating a friends 50th birthday, but the house felt spacious with plenty of outdoor space & furniture for us all to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The hot tub was an added bonus as were the views from the master bedroom. We’ll definitely be back!

Relax by the sea

A lovely relaxing weekend by the sea. We love the Beach House in Pevensey Bay; this was the second time we have stayed and just as perfect as the first time. The house is clean, lovely comfy beds and well designed through out. Kitchen is well equipped for relaxed cooking, whilst chatting to friends enjoying a drink in the comfy sofa and chairs. Oh and the hot tub! fantastic, even on a cold day in March. Can only highly recommend this place and the lovely host Jane who responds quickly and efficiently to any queries.

Long weekend beach stay

Excellent property, with great access straight on to the beach. It suited all 3 generations of our family and for our dog too! Lots of quirky features, well equipped and comfortable beds. Great communication with the host and charming gentleman who discreetly serviced the hot tub during our stay. Also friendly neighbours. Felt like a real home from home. Thank you. We will rebook.

Lovely house, right on the beach

Stayed here for several years now, which says it all really. It works wonderfully for the whole family - 18 months to 71 yrs. The hot tub is an asset for those old enough. The house is well equipped and flexible.Spotlessly clean Being right on the beach is a huge asset with small children Jane the owner is a good communicator, flexible where practical and approachable Very highly recommended

Fabulous house - wonderful to step straight out onto the beach. Beautiful views. Lovely clean house. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day. One suggestion: it would be good to mention the number of steps to get into the house.

We loved everything about it! We particularly enjoyed the open plan downstairs space which was great for the whole family to hang out in. Everything has been thought through with everything you need and lots of lovely touches around the house to make it feel like a home from home. The views are just stunning. A gem by the beach.

Perfect! A great place to stay and relax. The house is fantastic, a lot of thoughts and high quality seems to be the thread through the whole house. Everyone slept really well in the comfy beds and the view of the sunrise in the morning is bliss! We spent a great long weekend lounging in the sofas, watching the sea, chatting whilst cooking in the well equipped kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! Jane responded quickly to any questions we had on arrival and followed up to make sure we were well looked after. Can only highly recommend this lovely beach house.

Wonderful winter break

We stayed in this fabulous beach house for 5 nights over the really cold weekend. The house was lovely and cozy and we even enjoyed the hot tub in the freezing weather. The steps to the house were treacherous in the ice buti am sure this is a very rare occupancy. We loved walking on the beach and visited the castle. We found the ocalpubsand community very friendly and will certainly come back
