"Era un hotel de una noche , llegamos, dejamos el equipaje y nos fuimos a cenar, al regresar vimos al chico de recepción saliendo de nuestra habitación , sin ningún motivo , le preguntamos si había pasado algo y nos dijo que no y evadía nuestras preguntas. Nos dio un poco de miedo la situación así que entramos a habitacion y cerramos la puerta , el muchacho quedó sentado enfrente por al menos 30 minutos. Revisamos nuestras cosas y es posible que nos faltara dinero , no hicimos la denuncia...

"It is our second time staying at The Purist. My kids and I came last year and had to return on our trip this year. It is the only property we decided to repeat because 1. We loved the spacious size of the rooms (last year we had Bamboo Villa and this year we had a Jungle Villa). 2. We love the breakfast but most of all 3. The staff is so kind and welcoming. "Hemos estado 6 noches en Le Rosa Valley Resort y mi familia y yo solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento por el trato recibido por todo el equipo. Son personas realmente amables y educadas, nos han hecho sentir como en casa en todo momento. El hotel está impecable en la limpieza, en un entorno privilegiado, en medio de la selva, con mucha tranquilidad y paz. Desde la habitación dos días hemos podido ver hasta monos en libertad. "Es un muy buen hotel , prácticamente nuevo , con buenos servicios , gran desayuno y la amabilidad típica de la gente de Bali . Está un poco alejado del centro de Ubud lo que lo hace incómodo por la poca frecuencia del transporte del hotel . Algo lejos para caminar , por lo que debes tomar taxi .La relación precio /calidad es la adecuada para los estándares de Ubud ."

"I will never forget my stay here, the villa with the infinity pool over looking the jungle was just perfect. The floating breakfast in the pool was absolutely amazing, as were all the breakfasts here, the banana pancakes are the best in Bali. The staff were all so kind and so helpful, they really took care of me and as a solo female traveller, I’d highly recommend this place. I felt really safe and happy the entire time. "La ubicación del establecimiento era impresionante, pues estava en medio de un bosque tropical. Además tenía una piscina muy bonita delante del bosque. Lo que no nos gustó tanto es que la habitación tenía una gran ventana a la zona pública del hotel, quitando privacidad si no cerrabas la cortina totalmente, cosa que dejaba la habitación muy oscura y sin vistas. "Staff were absolutely amazing. They provided floating breakfast and pool decoration for very reasonable price. They cleaned our rooms daily and were so friendly. Staff always around for anything you need. You can easily get a grab into town or order food to your villa. Absolutely love this villa!"
