"This is a great property and the Host is amazing! The photos online reflect the property accurately. The house was really clean and bright with lots of windows! It is about a 2km walk from the Mary Brown Centre and we are seniors and was able to do this walk on a regular basis. There is a grocery store and Subway just around the corner. We really liked the property and it suited us yo a T. "

"Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. "

"Had an amazing time at this location. Lots of space for our group. Kitchen and livingroom area was spacious and made for a great time.We were there for trail runs and hiking, so having room to stretch and roll definitely helped.Location is quiet, with easy access to grocery, brewery/restaurant, and downtown.Would definitely book again."

"The house is in nice location. Had issues with the door lock but the owner quickly replaced it when we advised. The house is very clean and has quality bedding and towels. The supplies in kitchen are minimal and no instructions on how to use the RokuTV, which was a challenge. Also not aware that tenants also occupied a portion of the basement, which was not expecting. Overall it is a nice house."
