First time stay in Harbor Cove

First time staying in Harbor Cove. Have driven by many times and didn't realize there was this gem of a community! Two rooms in the basement and full bathroom, both cozy, well appointed, and had comfortable beds. Very nice to have a 2nd full bathroom on main floor. Very nice the room at the top had a door that closed to keep out lower family room area noise. Kids enjoyed the twin beds but would've been nicer to have the queen/king on the top floor and twin beds all on lower floor. Well stocked kitchen and laundry area. The association amenities were the best - newly redone indoor pool/locker area which the kids loved and cute beach house with picnic tables to sit and enjoy. The private beach area was so amazing, quiet, and beautiful! The kids really had a blast on the beach and river area and not too busy. Also, just a short 5 min walk down the room from the main house. Would definitely stay at Harbor Cove again!

Great location for “up north” adventure

This property was nicely situated between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Very clean with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The property is bar the beach and has its own private beach with beach house. Our family would definitely start again.

Great stay and location

Everything as expected except for parking. The listing had some confusing language about paying for parking. That was not necessary, as two (free) permits were provided in the unit. Just a heads up to future travelers.

A relaxing week in the Great North

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It's hard to beat the location here. Petoskey and Harbor Springs are just a few miles down the road. The Upper Peninsula is less than an hour away which makes for a great day trip. Private access to the beach is another big plus.

Great all around!

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was comfortable and clean. As a family of 4, we had an ample amount of space. The location was extremely central. The beach was beautiful. Only bummer was that the pool wasn’t in use during our stay.

Beautiful condo getaway

Very clean, well-equipped condo with cute decor. The amenities are wonderful - indoor and outdoor pool, private beach, tennis courts. Wish the weather had cooperated so we could enjoy it more. Close proximity to downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. My only criticism is having to go to the pool area to use a grill. Great place for a family to stay

Nice Enough

The surrounding area is excellent-Harbor Springs is beautiful. The condo was nice but he shower in the 2nd bathroom did not work- at all. We paid for 2 bathrooms and expected 2 working showers; so that was disappointing.

Just perfect for a romantic getaway!

The condo was lovely, so comfy and clean. The layout is perfect for vacationing. We slept so well after staying busy all day with the wonderful sights and activities the area has to offer. The location is perfect, nestled in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The beach access is incredible. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location, great amenities. Poor communication.

The place is in a great location with great amenities. The beds were comfortable. It was hard to manage the temperature between the lower level and the upper level. The living room and kitchen are a little dated, but fine. The living room furniture needed a few more springs. The biggest problem was communicating with the management company (Vacasa). I asked the manager a question from the VRBO website and I only got a generic response, not an answer to my question (but the generic response told me I would get an answer). I was on hold for over 30 minutes when I had questions twice in advance of the trip, and I was talking to someone who wasn't even on location and they had trouble getting answers from anyone on location. When we were in the condo, I replied to an email I had gotten to ask if there was recycling (there isn't!). I got an answer to that question. When the hinge on the toilet seat broke, I replied to that same email and there was no reply at all. There was a book with instructions in the condo with some phone numbers to call if help was needed. There was a welcome card from Vacasa with another phone number to call. There were emails and text messages. I never knew who I was reaching and didn't always get a response. Vacasa was a disappointment.
