We’ve traveled to the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area several times over the years for fall golf and winery/brewery visits. This was our first time staying at the Carriage House. The property appeared relatively new. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Three large TV’s in the living area and in each of the two bedrooms were a definite plus. The beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal for us as we enjoy going into both Harbor Springs and Petoskey to hit some of our favorite spots. If you’re a craft beer lover, Petoskey Brewery (one of our favorites) is just across the street and walkable. The property manager was very prompt when responding to questions and provided good communications. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean and comfortable.

The Carriage House was perfect for us. Conveniently located on the Little Traverse Wheel Way. Very nicely furnished with a great kitchen, appliances and utensils, new washer and dryer, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We rode our bikes every day and explored Petoskey, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. The host management was perfect as was the check in/out process. Also a very nice outside deck and grill. We loved it!

The Carriage House provided exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The balcony was quiet and peaceful, the perfect place for morning breakfast and evening drinks. The only downside was that the street is busy and produces a fair amount of road noise. That was certainly not enough of an issue to keep us from staying there again. Our stay was wonderful.

Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Carriage House. Great layout and convenient location. Well appointed space that made our family stay quite enjoyable. Very proactive property management team in terms of their communication and coordination. Only slightest draw back was the road noise from the busy street. Otherwise, we would stay again if/when we plan another trip to Petoskey area.

Great stay!

My mom and I had a great stay with her Boston terrier. This place is beautifully remodeled and I would not have changed a thing. We knew it was on the second floor but my mom is disabled and has limited mobility. We would’ve asked for special accommodations to use the elevator if we had known it existed ahead of time. She struggled with the stairs. Other than that, highly recommended!

Great Contemporary Rental

Well designed and thoughtfully laid out design. Everything 2-4 people could possibly want; pictures and description 100% accurate. Perfect location between Petoskey and Harbor Spring and everything surrounding. We've rental several properties managed by the same group; they do an excellent job.

Great for family ski trip

e were very happy with our stay here! Great location to ski hills. As a family of 4 we were very comfortable and loved the space. Appreciated the nice entry way where we could take off our boots and store a snowboard without getting snow in the main living area. Very responsive and helpful hosts.

Initially, I was attracted to this property because of the 2 bedroom and 2 bath with full kitchen. It also has a great fireplace that keeps the unit very warm. It’s ideally between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Parking is easy and check in is easy. Would definitely return to stay at this property.

Peace and Quiet

Fantastic stay

Thank you hosts of the Carriage House. The property was just as described and so conveniently located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Grocery store near by as well. We would definitely recommend this property! Easy to do a day trip to Pictured Rock Lake tour as well.

Great rental in Petoskey!

The Carriage House is a great rental between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Super clean, quaint and comfortable. Hosts were super helpful and communicative. Great location next to Petoskey State Park. We’ll be back!

A Gem in Petoskey/Harbor Springs

Highly recommend staying at The Carriage House! Conveniently located within the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. The unit is new and gorgeous with a well-stocked kitchen, two full bathrooms which were a huge plus, very comfortable beds and a washer/dryer. We also spent a lot of time on the deck, which faced a wooded area. Shout out to Danielle who helped us from the management company. Thank you for a great stay!
