We loved the location and the overall property. The beds were too soft for our liking and wish there was black out curtains in the bedrooms.

Really nice location with walkability to Petoskey State Beach, Woody's for bike rentals, and Toski sands for sandwiches and other convenience items. Easy, short drive to either Petoskey or Harbor Springs. The condo was very clean. It's extremely basic but has the necessities including laundry and cleaning supplies.

These accommodations were very bare bones. No amenities like coffee, ice, hair dryer, info regarding what to do in the area…things that have been provided at every other VRBO we’ve stayed at. The furnishings were sparse; only two very uncomfortable couch/futons, two end tables and two lamps in the living room, no dressers or even suitcase stands in the bedrooms, and no decorations anywhere. It was “serviceable”, but certainly not welcoming or comfortable, and we would not stay there again.
