"Everything came as advertised. Appeared to be a newer townhome, approximately a 1.5 yr. old property. Very well appointed, immaculate, with everything you’d need for your stay. The decks looking out over the lake makes this property even more appealing. Easy walk to downtown and the lakefront. Perfect home to escape to while enjoying this charming city. You won’t be disappointed."

"The property is just outside the Petoskey main street where it's far enough there's a lot of privacy and quiet, but close enough for a 5-10 minute drive to most venues, stores, etc. Having one room with a bathroom built in and two others near the other bathroom was convenient for us. The family space/kitchen area had plenty of room for us to congregate and do puzzles/play games and eat together. Only note is the driveway area is unpaved and the terrain is not friendly to folks with mobility...

"A very well appointed and comfortable apartment. Being there felt like home from home. The only inconvenience was the last day when the lobby area was closed off - for maintenance of some sort. But, notwithstanding I would recommend staying here. "

"So glad we rented this cabin for a little Spring Break skiing. Set on a beautiful piece of property on a hill, but in the corner by the woods; you could see for miles yet it felt so private. There was a big, new hot tub and fire pit, so nice to come back from the slopes to use. Really a great, convenient to everything spot."

"The old farmhouse has been renovated with a cute bear theme. It’s location is convenient for trips to the beaches, trails and nice local towns. The only downside was the ventilation, with no A/C.
