"Parking for handicap people has only 2 spots. Need all the front of the building. Extra parking around the ack but not paved.The toilet in the room should be secured to the floor. The room’s windows, on the outside, were covered with bird poop. Only had a one night stay this occasion and the staff were very polite and stated they they would make the repairs as reported. Great staff."

"The room was clean but the air conditioner was very noisy and the bed was not comfortable. Got very little sleep. Turned the air conditioner off to try and get some sleep. The temperature rose up to 26° C, so had to turn the air conditioner back on."

Staff was very friendly and very helpful suppers were excellent with a wide variety to choose from on the menu. A good location very walkable to all downtown attractions including George street."
