Check-out: by 10:30 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.


Number of guests


Access is allowed only to the guests indicated in the reservation.


External persons are not allowed without prior authorization.


Smoking ban


Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment . It is only possible to smoke outside, taking care to use an ashtray.


Animals


Pets are not allowed.


Noise


We ask you to respect the rest of your neighbors, avoiding noise and loud music, especially between 22:00 and 8:00.


Cleaning


We ask you to leave the apartment tidy.


Before departure, we invite you to:


wash or start the dishwasher (if any);


store clean dishes;


place the waste in the appropriate containers.




 

Parking


Indoor parking is available for residents only . We ask you to park only in permitted spaces.


Safety


Before going out, be sure to turn off unnecessary lights, appliances, and close doors and windows.


Do not leave your keys unattended and report any loss immediately.


Danni


Any damage or malfunction must be reported promptly, so that we can intervene as soon as possible.


Departure


Upon departure, we ask you to leave your keys according to the instructions received at check-in.
